Easy to use and get set up. 100% satisfied with the time clock. Even with my guys forgetting to punch in, I had payroll done in minutes. If there were a feature to be able to download the time, change it and upload it when my guys forget, that way my print out it 100% accurate. But I can add it up when they don't. I would recommend

Works good for our small office. fingerprint reader can some time be finicky but provided RFID cards can be given to employees to clock in

Great time clock, easy to use. My fingerprint scanner stopped scanning so thankfully i bought the badges at the same time but the speaker went out I guess and doesn't have the sound it usually makes when you clock in or out. It's ok but definitely not a permanent solution. edit 4/3/19: originally I gave this 3 or 4 stars but now I give it one star because it stopped collecting clock out times and all my reports are empty. Definitely a temporary solution.

This unit is so close to being great, but misses the mark. I love that it print its own reports and uses a very standard paper size. Setup is very simple and tech support is good. Don’t like that you cannot edit and existing punch time. I also don’t like that employees cannot see there own hours. Another problem is that your employees have to be smart enough to both push the correct in/out button and scan their card/use fingerprint. Don’t use this unit if you have a lot of employees for that reason. Finally, the fingerprint and card reader are both touchy and sometimes hard to work for some users. If you have 1-6 employees this works fine.

Device arrived on time and as specified. However, the fingerprint reader doesn't work well. Within one day, it started to malfunction. My staff had to place their fingers on the scanner repeatedly (sometimes up to 20 times) to be verified. Cards work well, though. It's better as a card reader than it is as a biometric/ fingerprint sign-in machine.

I read the majority of the available reviews (both good and bad) to get a feel on whether or not this would be a good purchase. I purchased additional RFID cards in advance since the biometric reader seems to be an issue. Upon arrival, I read the directions, set the unit up in about 15 minutes and have not had a bit of a problem. We have 11 employees that use the unit and have no issues so far.

Machine is easy to configure. No problem with the fingerprint reader. Really like the thermal printer feature. Only problem is it doesnt tell the employee it already has punched twice if he mistakenly punches twice(twice in1 or twice out2 for example). So it makes a mess when trying to figure the hours. Just tell the employee to be carefull and always check that he presses the right (in1 out1 in2 out2) button before punching. Also only 1 break per day.

I bought two of those since we have two different locations for our business. We only have 4 employees so I thought this would be a good system for us. Things didn't look from the beginning, the graphics of this are from the 80's and the cheezy chime they use, is to say the least, annoying. I tried to use the USB stick that came with the clock and both didn't work, saying that the files might corrupted or not readable. I called tech support and it was ringing for sometime before the line opened which felt that I was transferred to India, and there it was, the lady on the other line was from India and the only thing she did for me is to take my name and my number and told me that support will call me back! Wait what? I thought I called the support line... I wasted too many precious minutes of my life on this piece of junk. Returning it immediately and I will go to a store and buy one that I can actually see and test in person.
