Will this work in a shower, where it will get wet every day?

I hung it in my shower 3 months ago and have not had a problem, we hang a wash towel on it daily.

Does the ring stay firm in place when you adjust it at different angles or does it just stay at one particular angle?

It just hangs straight down. It does not stay in place when you adjust the angle.
