Great item. They are a bit larger than normal pins. I purchased the silver/gray which is true to color and size as stated. Perfect for what I needed them for.

If regular size Bobby pins are no match for your hair - try these. Long lasting- they do not bend or wrap easily. Great if you have thick long hair.

The Heliums Large Bobby Pin is in the middle, between two Goody brand ones. I’ve also placed a Q-tip next to them for size reference. I’ve been searching for the past couple of years for a decent replacement of the old large Goody brand Bobby pins that they discontinued a long time ago. I’m down to my last 3 so I’m a little desperate now. As you can see in my photo, the Heliums pin is almost the same exact length as the Goody one, the main difference being their shape. I can’t decide which one I like better but the Goody one still seems to hold more hair in an up do. However the Heliums one is nice for just pinning your hair back because it doesn’t stick out and they come in the blonde color so they’ll blend into my hair better. These are the closest I’ve found for a replacement so I’m going to stick with these. Overall I’m pretty happy with them.

The quality is outstanding, I have very long, fine hair. These pins work perfectly and are comfortable for a long day updo.

These pins held a wig hairdo in place and did not come loose. Plus they are the perfect color!
