How do I sterilize these plants to remove snails

YouTube has many videos, but the best side by side plant dip videos I've seen, has been by 'Girl Talks Fish' She has 2 or 3? videos comparing different methods.

how many stems do you get with 3 bunches and how long are the stems when they arrive?

Stems are 5-7 in length and there are 2-3 stems per bunch.

Does hornwart float on top of water in pond

It will float if you take the metal band off, the metal band helps it stay at the bottom. Love this plant, made a big difference in my pond.

About how tall are the plants in water, and how tall do they usually grow?

They are about 6-8" when shipped but can grow up to 15 feet long
