How to maintain/clean headsets if one day I give it to one tourist and next day to someone else. I heart there is a spray for hygien cleaning?

You could use ethyl alcohol to wipe the headsets for cleaning, but we couldn't provide the ethyl alcohol as it is dangerous during the shipping, your kind understanding would be highly appreciated.
