Most people who are ordering this dashboard are familiar with how the wiring works for their car. If you are anything like me and are stuck in the middle this review is for you. Save your shifter needle. Like literally make that one of the last things you put on. I have an 1987 R20 my dash board had a lot of wires going to it already that I was able to tie into. Buy a separate GPS Speedometer. Its here on Amazon. If you have the headlight switch installed you will have to drill a new hole. (Do yourself a favor buy a new switch and rod because the old leadlight switches never come apart easy. You will also have to cutout a slot for a radio. Overall the fit is good. I purchased this dash because it allowed me to troubleshoot my sensors and gas gauge etc. You have to OHM your fuel sending unit to figure out the settings.

Let me start by saying that I love the Instrument Cluster (screen). The directions were very good and easy to follow. The only upsetting thing is the fitment in the dash. A lot of ugly gaps. Also I am not able to see my shift indicator. This is frustrating. When you sit in the vehicle the screen needs to be tilted back more. If I was a few inches shorter maybe this would help. The only other complaint is when driving over 50 MPH the tach and speedo bounce and will not settle on a number. Would be nice to have the option for a radio cutout or at least a template to use. Also the little purple lever to release the harness is very fragile, be careful. Buyer beware. You gain a sleek looking screen but the gaps and fitment are not so good.

Reasonable priced solution to swapping to digital. Couple things I might have missed in the directions. First you’ll need to install a diode to replace the generator light. Chevy used the idiot light as the diode. Look for a plug in style that plugs directly into your alternator. They have them right here on Amazon. And second be sure you’re not gonna mess up your blinkers. I have to go back and figure out what I did wrong. Anyway... looks great. Works very well. Installing is easy if you know basic automotive wiring theory.

It is a pain to wire up with an aftermarket LS harness and it does not fit around the dash real well

Very easy to install and no modifications needed due to screen coming preinstalled in custom panel. Highly recommend. One note, you will need a GPS speed sending unit for speedo to work, cannot reuse speedo cable.

The instructions that come with it a very detailed and very helpful. Just make sure you have the dash wiring diagram to match it so it’ll make installation way easier.

2-3 hours install. Get this product. Slight modification with fitting into the dash. Im extremely happy with it. Nice and Bright and Gauges are amazing!

Disappointed in the product, for the price you shouldn't have to cut holes in the bezel for the radio, not even an out line on the back. You're better off using Dakota Digital gauges for the equivalent price.

300 km on the truck and there’s stuff all on the inside of it that you can see in a certain sunlight setting. It stopped working when it did work it was pretty freaking cool though I’m going to send it back we’ll see what Warren T get out of them
