These are HUGE so beware!
Reason for 3 stars is so far so good. I haven't used it yet though. I brought 2 thinking it wasn't that big but I was wrong! They are huge! 2 will be perfect for a king size bed. It does smell really bad when I first opened the box so be careful of that. Will review tomorrow morning after my first nights sleep using theseEDIT!Moved to 5 stars because these things kept me asleep ALL NIGHT! They were super cold and kept my body from over heating!

It works just fine at cooling you down but it can start to get warm after an hour or so. Not much you can really do about that other than put it back into the fridge for extra cooling

God send item in heat 🥵
This is a god send. My property registered 30°c today, so uncomfortably hot. I laid on this mat and instantly cooled my body. I'm 5ft 8 and this mat go's from my shoulders to just under my knees. Highly recommend and bonus you can fold it and pop it into the fridge if you want that extra chill. True to size and super value for money.

I’m only giving 3 stars like other reviews initially it’s very cool but it does get warm after a few hours,although it says it does not need refrigerating I am going to try this a couple of hours before going to bed just to see if it stays cool for longer,the main thing for me was to get off to sleep feeling cooler as it has been very hot over the past week & it did the job,still early days in using it.

Don't bother!
I wouldn't waste your money. Lovely and cool for the first 10 minutes but it absorbs your birthday dy heat and kicks it back out at you, I had the worst night sleep I was unbearably hot all night, couldn't remove in the middle of the night without waking partner so I had to bear it. Won't be using again!

Not as good as hoped
It certainly helps for quick relief when initially laying on it, but within 20 mins it'll be just as warm as you are and the stuff it's made from will make you sweat more. Last night I woke up feeling like it was cooking me.I'm going to try putting it in the fridge and using it for my work chair, but sleeping seems like a bust.
