This is such a quality of life improvement. The device is designed just right to be able to make it easy to get a balanced well burning cone made in seconds. Easy to clean. If it does jam, it’s entirely a sign that you haven’t cleaned it. A simple cleaning, and it starts to work perfectly again. Recharges through USB. They nailed it. And customer service is amongst the best I have ever had. I worked in this industry for years and still advise many businesses in it. They could all learn something from Banana Brothers.

I have arthritis in my right hand and there are days when it hurts to use it so I smoke to relieve the pain and grinding with my original grinder sucked as some days I couldn't even grab it let alone twist it. Now it's all just a push of a button and this grinder lets me fill a bowl with auto stop when its full. I love this grinder absolutely worth every penny. Just have to remember to turn it off, wish it had an auto shut off, but no big deal.

I purchased this grinder as a gift for my father, who uses flower for medical purposes. After seeing it in person, I was impressed by the overall build quality. The finish is well done, and it feels like a very well-made product. My father is over 70 years old, and he finds it easy and convenient to use. He has been very happy with it so far. Because of the positive experience, I’m planning to purchase a few more as gifts for friends ***My father had never cleaned the device, so the inside became quite sticky over time. I’m helping him clean it now, and it seems to be working much better afterward. Because of the way the device works, I think it’s a good idea to clean it regularly after use. A little maintenance goes a long way in keeping it performing at its best.

I have not had a bad preroll since I've started using this grinder. My only complaint is that you need to slam it down in order to get product out of the holding chamber. It's supposedly designed that way but I feel like I'm going to eventually break it. Still great, though. Update 9/17/2024: I had my criticisms of the design and it seems my concern was warranted. The preroll tube holder that came with it is made of thin plastic and broke just a few months in. We hot glued it...twice, and it's broken twice more. Also, it stopped working entirely about a week ago so I opened the device up to find the battery inside ballooned (see the photo). I tried contacting the manufacturer but was told I was SOL because I dared to investigate a problem with a device I own. I just bought a Mamba grinder that appears to have a better design for less than a third of the price of this one. I would expect a grinder in the hundreds of dollars to last longer than 15 months and to have better post-purchase support.

Ordered 2 weeks ago and waited to write a review to make sure I was 100% honest. It is great I have used it several times now and have not had any problems at all worth the investment for sure. I would definitely buy again or even buy one for a gift!

Now to my review of the auto roller. I’ll start with the good then to the bad. The good. :It rolls joints :Supper high quality moldings on the plastics with a nice anti stick almost soft plastic texture. That part is expensive to manufacture so big points to that. The fit finish alone makes me know this is not a cheap item. :It’s a well thought out unit. (See the pic with this text). In the open position the hinge is maxed open but rests perfectly on the table like dead nuts perfect. Again making it feel like it’s a premium product. :I’ve ran around 1/3 ounce through it and it’s to the point it needs to be cleaned. Still works fine so points. :I’ve never had to unclog it or have it not grind all the bud. :The preprogrammed grinding sequence it does is very smart. Almost makes you think it’s getting feed back and changing how it grinds based on load…not the case but still points for making me think that’s a possibility The bad. :Battery life is not the best you get around 6-10 joints per charge over 2-3 days in my experience. Not terrible but not great. :It does not work while plugged in and charging. I’m going to go on a rant on this topic but it’s pretty unacceptable for any DC product to not work while plugged in and charging. It’s a $0.03 one way mosfet to add that functionality. :It uses a micro usb as the charging port. It’s 2025 and we got Apple to use type c. Everything should be type c.

Best grinder ever I bought on sale and my friend luckily had an extra bottom piece that will fill your cone paper with ease. You can roll your tobacco or other product in seconds literally. Great value for the money, charges fast, but make sure you buy the complete set up otherwise your just buying a really nice grinder.

This is an amazing company, they actually listen to the customer and are helpful! The otto product itself is the best!!! Makes stuffing a cone as easy as tapping the table!
