Motion Pro 08-0389 Tri-Drive Mini T-Handle Kit 1/4-inch Drive with 8,10,12,13mm Sockets

This T handle driver actually has more utility than a ratchet. For a car, there may be a few places where a ratchet would fit that this T handle won't fit, but I can't think of anyplace where that's true on a motorcycle. The welded T handle allows much more torque with the long arm than a 1/4" ratchet could provide, and swapping the socket to the long end allows the short arms to be quickly twirled to install or remove fasteners as quickly as a cordless mini impact wrench with more torque control to avoid damaging threads or in the case of small fasteners, snapping off the heads. The only down side is a slight rattle of the sockets on the square drives, but it's not bad. I purchased a 1/4" driver to 3/8" socket adapter to keep in the shed with the super thin 14mm spark plug wrench that's needed to service the spark plugs on the BMW G310GS, and this T handle tool is perfect for that task as well. If your bike needs more than the supplied 8, 10, 12 and 13mm sockets, they're cheap and easy to add, including socket hex drivers that could be handy. All in all, a great tool to carry in my tool roll on the bike, and to use when servicing the bike at home. I like using the same tools for both so I'm familiar with the tool kit and comfortable in its capabilities before I need them for a mechanical problem away from home. I'll probably buy the 3/8" version to carry in my truck, even though I already have a 3/8" metric socket set with a ratchet. The extra torque and the quick spinning are very nice features.

Nice tool, but the description should be more accurate. The shaft is not 6 inches long as is described on the package. The shaft is actually 6.5" long and the tool is 7" long in overall length. As a tool it works well.

This is a nicely made tool that is a great fit for a motorcycle tool kit. A really good value for the price, the sockets and t-handle are well made, well finished and strong and the functionality of having a 'spinner' t-handle and the higher torque of the 1/4" socket drive on the ends of the handle is excellent. I'm actually using the sockets in my tool kit and the t-handle in my tool box in the shop and adapting the sockets to a similar t-handle screwdriver with a 1/4" drive hex adapter. That way I have screwdriver, hex (Allen), Torx and socket capabilities all using a single t-handle.

Great tool to have around bikes because it has common sizes and works, It’s quicker than going to the box for a minor thing.

Absolutely the very best tool in my motorcycle's kit. Not only does it come with the three most popular sizes for my bike's hardware, but unlike other copycats, ALL of the bits come off and rotate around. So if you need to put the 12mm on the long end for reach, you can, then shift it over to the t-bar for extra torque, you can do that too. Best of all, I added a "Armstrong 10-952 1/4-Inch 1/4-Inch Female x 3/8-Inch Male Drive Adapter" so I can put any large size bit on this too. So I use this with my spark plug socket and other 3/8" bits too. Perfection in simplicity. Oh, and it might be good in your shop tool kit too... :)

Like other reviews; the sockets are too loose. Seems to be well made other than that. I knew the dimensions ahead of time but I was still a little surprised when I saw how small it was. My bad.

A very practical tool to have around when working on old Japanese motorcycles. I keep this in my rolling stool, and its perfect for a for a quick job, when I don't want to go digging out the ratchet set. The 8mm, 10mm, and 12mm cover a solid 80% of the nuts and bolts on the bikes, which is fantastic. Though I do wish it has came with a sidecar attachment for the 13mm, so it wouldn't be left all on its own, rolling around in the stool. At the end of the day, I am happy with this. It is an incredibly useful and I would definitely buy a second for a travel tool bag

Bought to put into the saddle bag of my motorcycle takes up practically no space. Hopefully take care of those small bolts that may come loose. Could be a little cheaper if only by a couple of dollars. Decent quality though.

Sehr praktisch. Habe diesen Griff jetzt als Basis meines Bordwerkzeugs. Großer Hebel um Schrauben zu lösen und am langen Ende lässt sich schneller schrauben. Ersetzt meine Ratsche in fast allen Situationen.
