This product definitely works. Every time I take my son to the doctor I record his hight and weight. Btwn 2024 and 2025 he only grew 1 inch. He has been on this product for the past 9months and has grown 3 inches in the past year. The only problem is that aschawaganda causes liver injury and your child liver enzymes ( AST/ALT ) will be elevated. So be careful how long you keep them on it. But it works. I will continue giving to him just not every day maybe 2 or 3 times a week. He is short for his age and needs some catching up. Hope that helps a mom out there.

I bought the vitamin gummies for my 12-year-old son because his pediatrician recommended them to me. These seemed to me a good for my son. Good ingredients and the vitamins he needed. He liked the texture and the grape flavor. He liked them.

These vitamins do nothing and are a scam. It is not just a matter of varying results, the amount of ingredients is not enough in each serving to be as effective as the clinical trials they are supposedly citing. The company has also been sued in 2026 for false advertisement on growth heightening for teens and having their employees create fake reviews. Their current marketing on Amazon does not seem to be much better, still making unsubstantiated claims and even saying they are paediatrician recommended despite being untested by the FDA. They clearly have not learned from the first lawsuit and deserve to be sued again.

"Hey B, whatcha doin'?" I asked as he's plugging his nose, taking this vitamin. "I don't like the taste..." Ah, dang it. That's not what I want to see or hear. He was getting tired of the grape, so we decided to switch it up and go with the watermelon. And for some reason, the grape works better than the watermelon. And it turns out that the watermelon flavor was not the one for him. The vitamin itself, with the minerals and nutrients is great, we've seen growth results in a couple of months. But is that because he's 8 and going through a spurt? I don't know. They could be helping with that. But just the taste and texture of the watermelon are giving him a hard time. So I tried it. It's not the best flavor, watermelon. If you're expecting that watermelon flavor of jolly rancher, you're not getting that candy flavor. The vitamin itself is a good size, a cute little perfectly formed bear, a great visual for kids. It's a little chalky or gritty in a gummy form, leaves that vitamin texture or substance in the roof of your mouth after chewing it. For the kiddos, I would suggest eating or drinking something right after taking it if they don't like that vitamin feeling. As a positive, it's an option that's not a candy vitamin and he's getting the extra nutrients that's helping him grow.

These gummy’s taste alright, but came in a little hard. Likely sat on the shelves for a long time. As far as results, I thing these are more geared towards a vitamin, kinda like all the other ones we take. I like the hype about growth, but I doubt it’s gonna give any of that effect,

These supplement gummies are easy to take and have a pleasant taste. However, I’m not completely sure how effective they are for my child since the results haven’t been drastically noticeable after a month (2 gummies per day) of use. They may provide benefits over time, but I haven’t seen any major changes yet. Overall, we would need to use them longer to decide whether they truly work.
