For what it is it's a good little leg exerciser this, You can do your arms but it's the bottom of your arms by your hands that gets exercised & I'm not looking for the Popeye look!Suffering from osteoporosis I've had numerous foot, ankle, pelvis fractures & all of these lead to limited movement or none for periods of time so I bought this for rebuilding wasted muscle in my legs & it's working slowly but it is working!It's a well built little thing with clever pull ring to release legs to close, they just clip open, it packs up pretty small for very easy storage (I've added a photo with the first thing I grabbed & that's your typical desk top lamp I'm comparing it closed next to).The electronic screen works well & is simple to figure out plus instructions are included, it has a resistance screw that goes to a sensible level of resistance as I've got a feeling this is or will mainly be used for those like myself with medical issues? maybe the elderly? maybe pugilists who are slow on their feet? etcetera.It's a good little lower leg/arm mainly exercise machine that'll build up a sweat as well as your muscles, it makes very little noise when it’s secure on its feet & it's price tag isn't bad at all.

Product as described, sturdy and all ok. Could benefit probably if it's feet to the ground were rubber e.g. to save sliding away on tile or wood floors in our case. Best on carpets. Delivery fast. Good value for purpose. Takes little storage requirement and is light to handle.

This is a quality product. It folds for storage and is easy to unfold. Best used butted up to a wall, the machine will creep otherwise. I've used this as part of my knee replacement therapy and it's worked out very well. Now I'll be looking to sell it and start to reuse my Concept cycle.

This works, it is a small and rather sturdy feeling pedal set.However, there are some cons.The resistance doesn’t go up very high, so it’s not that hard of a workout. I wasn’t expecting the same workout as a full excessive bike but even for someone as unfit as I am, this is a little bit too easygoing.One thing that also concerns me is it seems to heat up when I go fast, it seems to be the friction. I’m not talking a little warm, it is burning hot.It’s fine for gentle exercise but it’s nothing special.

Good easy to use pedal exerciser

I should have took notice of reviews. I purchased this for before & after knee replacement surgery. However, the item was too slippy to peddle & kept moving around, even putting a non slip yoga mat underneath & trying different surfaces. I returned.

It's nice and sturdy and easy to put away when not using it. It's a pity the counter don't work on it and just flashes random numbers .....might need a new battery maybe if I can figure out how to access it
