NuWallpaper NU1412 Woods Peel & Stick Wallpaper, Grey

I'm redoing our lower level family room from top to bottom and I needed something electic and different for a feature wall. I originally thought I wanted birch tree wallpaper. But, thanks to Pinterest, I followed links until I came to this gorgeous paper, with the trees, but also the amazing owls and woodpeckers! We live on a lake in a rural area. This wallpaper has a touch of modern, a touch of wilderness, and is just really unique. I painted the ceilings and mouldings Extra White by Sherwin Williams and other walls are painted in Crushed Ice by Sherwin Williams. I had a drywaller do a quick skim coat of mud + primer on the feature [wallpaper] wall in order to ensure the wallpaper would adhere well. Three rolls of wallpaper was all I needed to create a show-stopper. I added the crown moulding after the wallpaper was installed. Once my electrician wraps up and the new carpet goes in, I'll be putting a large TV credenza/TV on this wall, plus cool floating shelves. I cannot WAIT. In the meantime, I'm just loving this wallpaper. Sidenote: Regarding installation, it was EASY. I have installed wallpaper all my life (since I was 12 with my Mom). This is, by far, the EASIEST to install and it really DOES stick! There were a few times when I had to realign it a bit. No issues - just unstick it and place it a new spot, lickety-split. EASY EASY EASY!! If you're on the fence, GO FOR IT! Everyone who sees it, to include a contractor and his interior designer wife (who came along to see what's up) love it. Even my husband who initially was like "ehhhhhhhh" now is like "aaaaaaaah!".

I wanted to add something to my dull apartment walls but couldn't because they are textured. I saw this paper and thought I would give it a try. I put the paper on bi-fold closet doors in my living room which gave the room the *punch* it needed. My furniture is white so it goes very well. I almost didn't buy it because I noticed many were using it for their baby's rooms. Glad I bought it! Had to order a second row because one wasn't enough! I need to update this review. While the print is beautiful, relaxing, after the fact I applied a piece on the wall to see how simple it would be to remove it. I continued on with what I was doing. Three days later I removed the piece I attached to the wall. I now have two spots where the paint was lifted from the wall in the fashion of multi little spots. My suggestion would be if you are a renter be prepared to do a small repair job to the area you apply the paper. My walls have semi gloss paint that was painted a couple months ago. Possible it hadn't been on the walls long enough? Just so you know if interested. *Week later, bought a third roll to finish a second project. Upon opening the not crushed box and packaging for the product itself, I took notice the the roll was full of wrinkles. I continued to open the package that contained the wallpaper thinking, I can smooth these out as I apply the paper. I could fix most of the wrinkles but not all of them. I was left wondering if vendors rely on customers to not return bad product because it cost to return, or because it is not as simple to get to the post office because of work hours or they just find it too much of a bother, whatever the reasons so the vendor doesn't care the condition of the product. Still a good product just a bad roll someone didn't care to toss into the do not sell bin.

This is very pretty wallpaper and is good quality and easy to apply on a non textured clean wall. That said it is really overpriced considering one roll only gets me two strips on an 8 foot tall wall. A lot of it gets wasted because I have to cut it to size and what’s left of it is useless . So I’m using like 4 rolls for an accent wall which is a little absurd. So my rating reflects the quality and look which is flawless .

This is really pretty wallpaper that is good quality, good quantity, and easy to use. I may have sworn a few times while installing it in the back of a built-in cabinet but it was relatively easy to put up. It does say that it is not to be used on textured walls but I did so anyway. We’ll see how it holds up. The white background is definitely a bright, true white, and our wall color is not (SW Mercer White), so you can clearly see a difference in whites. Hoping once we accessorize it won’t be a big deal. I would definitely recommend this wallpaper and brand and would use it again!

Much easier with two people putting it up. We did align the patterns and cut it before placing on the wall, but no matter what we did, we would be ok on top but as we got lower, the patterns would be off. But this is our first time putting up a wallpaper. I’m pretty happy with how it turned out. You can’t tell the patterns are off unless you look for it. The adhesive is good with peeling off and putting back on.

I cannot say enough good about this amazing product. I have loved wall-paper for years. What I don't love it the hassle of taking it down when you get sick of it or styles change. You spend hours and a lot of frustration. So this time, I thought I would try this peel and stick version oft he wallpaper I was going to get anyway. WOW!! I LOVE this product. It was easy to install and looks unbelievable. It is more expensive than wallpaper, but it was worth EVERY SINGLE penny! I will NEVER use traditional wall paper again after using this. The pattern is super lovely too. It is soft and homey with a touch of whimsy!

Okay so it's probably 3 star instead of 5 because i'm feeling a bit salty over this stuff. Call it a love-hate relationship if you will. And take everyone else's advice. BUY MORE THAN YOU NEED. Take into consideration that the pattern is about 16 inches in length, so you need over a foot extra every time you need to match up your next piece. I scoffed and bought one measly roll for a 4×3 space. When I recieved it, the entire roll alway had a slight crinkle going through it (as if it got hit by a wooden peg in one spot) but i shrugged and thought, "for $30 a roll, this stuff should unwrinkle just fine!" (Insert hysterical laughter followed by tears here) After a little (just kidding, A LOT) of trial and error, I was scavenging through my throw-away pieces to find lines that match up. Every time I came across that crinkle in the pattern I faced issues making sure it didn't end up being a permanent wrinkle. I honestly thought the quality would be much better considering the price difference (kinda like regular wrapping paper vs. 'heavy wrapping paper') but the quality is the same as the contact paper I've gotten before at walmart. You're paying for the design. Although it looks absolutely gorgeous, it is a huge pain to work with. It's so flimsy, it bubbled everywhere, and when I would install even a couple inches at a time, bubbles still appeared and you can't simply scrape them out. If you try scraping them out, the paper stretches and forms a permanent crease. You have to pull the whole thing up, and start over from the bubble area and scrape scrape scrape. Albeit, I wasn't working in ideal conditions and had some awkward angles to deal with but honestly, I expected much better quality than this. That being said, after hiding my garbage piece away behind some decor, I absolutely love the print and would have done it again. Begrudgingly. And with 2 rolls. And I would've tried returning the crinkled roll before attempting. If you do get this... Buy the extra roll! You'll need it.

I LOVE this wallpaper. It’s very high quality. Fairly easy to put up. Easy to reposition if you make a mistake. Best if you have two people to put it up. We used 3 rolls on our wall. It really is an absolute must to get the little kit that other buyers have recommended. We used it a lot. It’s great quality too. We love this in our baby's room! It's adorable. It was actually easier to put up than we expected as the pattern lines up easily, the only pain being that you need extra because of where the pattern matches. We also bought the knife and smoothing spatula and found it really easy to install and hasn't budged since we put it up a month or 2 ago.

Just refunded this.. I had the original one from NuWallpaper, but i needed more so i bought this, but it appears to be fake.. it had a glossy finish and the colors and materials are off.

Esta muy bonito y la relación precio calidad es buena, pero el pegamento no es muy bueno que digamos, pero funcional.
