been buying this for years and only just realised don't take in the evening but in the morning before breakfast, also you need folate and potassium(banana or dates for me) for it to be most effective, helps with my adhd

I’m not one to follow fads or trends but heard this stuff can really make a difference to how you feel. Wow! Within 1 week I felt I had more energy, didn’t feel tired, a real boost to my well being. For anyone looking for a boost this winter, I would recommend taking B12 liquid drops. It even tastes nice.

Seems like a clean effective B12 supplement. Just to address some negative reviews I noticed. To those who find it too strong, it is 5000mcg, which is strong. Just use less. Work out how many drops is in a dropper full and adjust the dosage until it feels right. As for there being no plastic wrapping and the complaint about the product potentially having been tampered with there was a thin black sticker on mine that would need to be broken/removed to open it. Supplement bottles do usually come covered in plastic wrapping but if it’s a smaller operation they may not have that option. Doesn’t mean it’s a rubbish product or there’s something suspicious going on. Anyways, I’m hopeful this will fill a gap for me. I like the taste.

Seem to help my neuropathy certainly keeps the toe or foot burning to a minimum at night only thing I don’t like is the after taste which is very sweet and I may try another brand for comparison

I thought i would try this out as my B12 was on the low side two months ago. Taken for 8 weeks and now just had another blood test. My B12 has now shot away up so much i will need come off it and get my B12 back down to a more normal range. It certainly works.

I bought this Nutroliq Liquid B12 hoping for a good experience, but I am disappointed with the consistency. As other reviewers have mentioned, the liquid is not thick at all. It has a very low viscosity and is basically like water. Because it is so thin, it is incredibly difficult to keep it under the tongue for sublingual absorption without swallowing it. By comparison, the Solgar Liquid B12 I used previously was much thicker and far easier to manage. On the plus side, this one does taste nice, but the watery texture makes it too impractical to use effectively. I won't be buying the Nutroliq brand again and will be switching back to Solgar.
