Yes, These are the ones to O-Ring mod Tofu Keyboards
These come in a small ziplock bag and were consistent for my needs (keyboard modifications). However, I did encounter a ring which didn't have a hole in the center. You get a lot of these things in the bag so it didn't matter in the end.
