Yes, These are the ones to O-Ring mod Tofu Keyboards
These come in a small ziplock bag and were consistent for my needs (keyboard modifications). However, I did encounter a ring which didn't have a hole in the center. You get a lot of these things in the bag so it didn't matter in the end.

Good quality
I used these for the backs of my 16 gauge earrings. They were a little small and hard to get on. I should have bought the 1.5mm, but they work.
