This Incline is Hard and Fantastic and Exactly What I Need!!!
These wedges are Fantastic!!!! First, there are 2 of them like the picture shows but what the description doesn't detail. They are very firm and hard with just enough cushion. They are small enough that they don't take up too much space but big enough that they allow room for error and movement of your foot, hand or leg, etc. I have a health condition which prevents me from flexing my feet and puts a lot of pressure on the balls of my feet. I wear hard, immovable plastic foot braces that only put my feet at a 90 degree angle. They cause me so much pain I can't wear them for more than 30 minutes at a time. These wedges flex my feet more than 90 degrees and without pain. They're better than any incline made of hard plastic, wood or metal because they have that little bit of cushion. I can't say enough about these wedges. I think they will really help me with my health condition. I am so happy I found these.

Good for heel elevated movements
I bought these because I'm not ready to invest in steel squat wedges. As other reviewers mentioned, the foam is dense (like a yoga block) and would probably be too unstable under a very heavy load. These will be perfect for lighter loads used during single leg movements where you want the heel elevated though. The angle is great and this is much safer than the plate / other random things i have been using to elevate the heel. However, bodyweight would also be a factor to consider if you were purchasing for that purpose.

More for exercise, but can work as mouse pad...
The height is right, the foam is sturdy yet comfortable. However, they are not completely level and not really reversible. One was level, which is what I use...the other is slightly rounded, so I use it as a riser for my usb fan. It was too wobbly for a mouse support. They are also textured with a flower pattern, which I am trying to overcome as it drives me nuts constantly rubbing my pinky when using my mouse. The underside is flatter, BUT the edges of the pad are not beveled or rounded on the underside so they cut into your wrist...so it doesn't work. I've tried a mouse pad on top of them, but the angle makes the mouse slide onto the floor when you're not using it.What I do LOVE about them is that they are amazing for mouse precision. I can now use my max DPI (2000) on my mouse and have it completely accurate. No more skittish or jerky movements, the foam texture gives a nice smoothness to the mouse movement. So while I hate the flower pattern and how it feels on my pinky, I only took off a star for that as it is an overall positive product.

the wedges enable me to do core muscle building exercises ...
the wedges enable me to do core muscle building exercises my neurosurgeon prescribed as I cannot bend my wrists 90 degrees in the palms-flate pushup position needed for the exercises. The wedges have the right give to bear my weight without causing pain in my palms.

handy & lightweight
I like that these are lightweight. I hate that these are lightweight. That said, I've been using these nearly daily for over two years. They've got a bit of an indention in them now. It's light and easy to carry in a suitcase. It does what it's intended to do.I purchased this after my massage therapist had me try it in the office after a massage one day. I stretch and do yoga. Yet this really helped.I use it and I am glad to have it.

Good incline degree for under-desk foot application - keeps calves long during the day.
If you use a saddle stool or other upright posture desk seating and are tall, you may find that over the years you may still suffer from tightening of the hamstrings/calves/achilles tendons from sitting with your feet flat for extended periods of time. You can do stretches and walk around (as I do) but I think an additional solution is to provide a gentle incline for your feet as you work. This wedge pair allows for separation of the feet - unlike many other footrest products that force you to keep your feet together. When I first used these this morning, it didn't feel like much of a difference. But after a few hours I did notice a bit of stretch and muscle rebalancing. The angle is just enough to keep things from shortening while sitting, but without causing annoying levels of discomfort. I'll update this review once I have used them for a month.

Bought these as speaker stands for some atmos ceiling bounce speakers
Disclaimer: I don't do yoga.I actually bought these as stands for some front atmos height speakers. My ceiling is angled in a way that these ended up perfectly bouncing the sound to my recliner. The height speakers are standard bookshelves with 6" woofers (Dayton Audio B652-AIRs), and these grip them fine and they haven't slipped at all. I cut a notch for the wire to go through and it's all good. Five stars.

OK but one pair isn't much of an angle to accomplish any good. They need to be thicker or stacked
Pretty shallow angle, OK if you have no flexibility in your calf muscles but otherwise not an aggressive enough angle. As the description states, they can be stacked, I should have bought more than one pair. I placed a piece of wood under these to increase the angle. Don't do that as the foam will bend and eventually damage could result. For the price two pair would have been appropriate as a product IMO.
