Good replacement

Great system, faulty piece.
I love the Ego products, but this charger was defective from the start. Charged the battery one time then wouldn’t charge it after the first full use. Customer service was great/ replacement on the way. Follow up… this product works well. I have a different Ego charger that begins charging immediately when the battery is inserted. This one has a delay of several minutes before it begins to charge. You need to install the battery and after awhile it begins charging.

Do not buy! Battery failed!
Battery failed! It will no longer charge. Was purchased in May 2025. Called Ego support and they said this supplier was not approved and they can not honor 3yr warranty! Why is Amazon allowing this? I'm so mad!

True EGO REPLACEMENT PARTS
Needed to replace an EGO charger and was concerned if these were original EGO products - they were. The battery immediate charged and worked as normal. Great to have an extra battery even though the battery life is very long with each charge.

Product arrived in previously opened packaging.
Item arrived in a box that was not Ego brand packaging and it appears to have been used as the battery was partially charged. This listing does appears to be for a new product not used. We ordered the small powered snow shovel and it arrived in a box that had obviously opened and the packaging inside had been removed from the product and not put back on. To us this seemed a bit sketchy as they were both not new in unopened boxes.

Sturdy design but a little expensive
Unit works perfectly. Some reviews say non stick surface is peeling away. Nonsense. Have used several times and no indication of that type of wear. Melted butter (not spray) will yield best results. Just read directions and follow them consistently. Good purchase with no regrets.

Missing battery
In package I just got charger battery was missing 😠I preferred second time missing charger again I ending paying $ 800 for two orders and missing battery every time … I did not get refund for first return so far I am said if item is mote than $300 take will two weeks for refund, now I received second package and missing battery again it came with charger again. Now my credit card is with charge of almost 800 for two orders

Defective charger
We contacted the manufacturer. We were informed that some sellers distribute defective chargers on Amazon. We want a replacement from an authorized dealer.
