Easy to use and sturdily built.

I purchased these to secure a 6ft trellis to the top of my fence, I read a few reviews saying they couldn't adjust them due to the screws being welded to the metal bracket, I get that some may not be used to this type of fitting as its not as strait forward as you would expect, I just measured out to fit four of them, drilled pilot holes to stop the wood splitting, tightened with a screw driver to about 5mm and at that point the screw driver should start to slip if the correct size pilot hole was chosen, then finally tightened and positioned at the correct angle for the trellis using a pair of pliers, absolutely no issues whatsoever, I find this method works perfectly every time for this type of fitting as the large screws are fixed to the metal and you can't adjust the angle of the bracket any other way. It should take a good bit of physical strength to do the final adjustment, but this will ensure they don't move and will hold the panel or trellis very firmly. Hope that helps as nothing worse than throwing out perfectly good brackets.

Perfect for fitting fence panels

Good quality sturdy material but the screws are fixed meaning that you have to hope that it’s facing the right way once you have screwed it all the way into the wood or have it facing the correct way but not screw it all the way, making it insecure & pointless.I threw mine out as they were no use to me… had the screws been loose they would have been perfect for the job of securing a trellis perfect size & quality materials for the job. Such a shame & waste of money.

The screw is welded to the bracket so when you try to screw in the whole bracket spins and therefore you are unable to hold the bracket and it then moves and falls. The thread on the screw is so coarse that it doesn’t want to screw in. Useless to use.
