Can this flour be used to make cakes?

It’s best used for high protein foods such as pasta and bread. It is better to use a low protein flour for cakes as using 00 flour will not give the same texture. Hope that helps

I have never personally made Yorkshire puddings however having read recipes and reviews 00 flour can be used. All I can say is this is premium quality 00 flour and I noticed a difference when making pasta dough. The dough was much softer resulting in extremely light pasta. Hope that helps!
