Initial Review: Easy install. Only problem I have is keeping the seal on the bottom of the door. It catch’s on the frame and gets knocked off. Not sure how to raise the door higher since I don’t have the instructions anymore. Door looks good.Updated Review: I finally figured out how to get the seal to not drag but by then the seal was damaged. Left a voicemail for warranty parts but never heard back. Called again and spoke with rep who asked for pictures. I sent that with a copy of my order and nothing. I emailed back and rep said she needed something else. I sent that and again nothing. I wish I bought it locally so I could deal with them. Basco is very bad with customer service. Why pay more for a quality door that has issues if you need a simple part. Waste of time calling and emailing because they never follow through.

Easy install. In my opinion, the bad reviews I read are because the installer was not overly qualified. Door handle a little cheap & takes away from overall quality. Most important to get door support (pivot side) secure. The included #8 screws and wall anchors are not adequate and there are only three to hold the heavy door! So, be cautious and upgrade to #12 screws & anchors. Also, be sure to not fasten the strike side until you have verified the glass hits evenly top to bottom....fasten center first then adjust top & bottom to get good fit....the magnet only holds by center handle and any glass warpage or out of plumb causes poor fit.

Do not buy this product! Inferior (and I'm being nice) product and horrible (again, being nice) customer service. The top hinge bracket does not hold the glass from sliding out. I had to use a "c" clamp to clamp enough pressure onto the glass to prevent it from sliding out of the hinge bracket. My email have gone unanswered. Going to try to return it. Spend your money elsewhere....

My husband put together and said the instructions weren't the best. The quality is good especially since I couldn't find one at Loews or Home Depot for under $500

This is an excellent glass shower door. Very well made and looks fantastic! However, it’s not a super easy install. Not extremely difficult, but if you haven’t installed a shower door before or are not real mechanically inclined then I suggest you get help. Directions aren’t exactly the clearest.

Very nice, and well packed to survive shipping

Delivered on time and was an easy install with the instructions. Maybe not quite as nice as a custom install but at less than half the price looks almost as good.

Good product. Installation was moderately difficult. Packaging was really beat up on receipt but remarkably the unit was still in one piece!
