I love this tuning fork. It has taken me a while to figure out how to strike it just right and what to strike it on, but I feel like it makes a very healing sound vibration. I use it in my Luminous Energy Field and I swear it feels like it is tuning me. I feel more relaxed afterwards . All my friends I have shown really like it too. I can't say for sure if its working, but I really like it! I strike it on a big roll of masking tape but hear that a hockey puck is best so I am going to get one. Don't strike it on anything really hard as it could damage the fork, or whatever you strike it on, plus its loud. I don't think striking it on your body is very good, as it is kind of painful, yet some people do that!

I got these because they came recommended. I used a htz reader app just to make sure and it read at 528. Very happy with my purchase!

I had some acute stress/anxiety with heart palpitations for a couple of weeks and came across a video about tuning forks and saw that the 528HZ works good for anxiety... So I bought this one and have been just tapping it and putting it by each ear and over my chest every time I feel the palpitations starting and it stops them every time. I have been having less and less and in 2 days they are almost completely gone. Huge relief! UPDATE: 3 days in, I feel like myself again. As soon as I feel a trace of stress or heart palpitations I reach for it, strike it off whatever is solid around me, and listen to the ringing tone. It lasts a long time, and it ends the palpitations. I was waking up too early with them for weeks and they were so strong I could see the spasms through my shirt and I worried about having a heart attack or something. I was thinking of going to go to a doctor and bought the 528 HZ next day delivery and here 3 days later I feel totally free of the palpitations. This is not to say you shouldn't go to a doctor if you feel the same way, of course. I am just saying that this has done wonders for me. I don't like going to the doctor and I always try something natural first. Sound vibration therapy predates our modern medicine and has been erased from our history. If you know someone with persistent stress, depression and/or anxiety, this is the best $35 you could spend too help them or yourself that I am aware of, and I have been researching natural treatments for decades. Just my humble opinion and truthful review.

Update Below. Tuning fork is okay. Not loud, but tone lasts a long time. Bag is not drawstring, just open with no closure. No mallet or striking piece. I will use a piece of Styrofoam so as not to damage tuning fork. A little disappointed based on their description and supposed reputation. Per contact from the Seller, a hockey puck or other non metallic hard object can be used to strike the fork on. No damage will occur to the fork, and the harder strike will make the tone louder. As far as the pouch, I may sew a small piece of Velcro at the top. I appreciate a seller who goes out of their way to contact buyer with helpful info.

I love this tuning sound. The sound of this 528 HZ tuning fork. I feel very calm when I use it. I use it a lot during the day. And when I use it just before bed I sleep better.

This tuning fork is a blessing. I bought 2 of them & did what someone here said they did when they bought them. After activating them I put one on each side of my head using the stem side of course. It really does relax well! I place the forks over different areas of my body as well. These tuning forks supposedly even change DNA structure (repairing DNA). I know when I use them I feel blessed, relaxed & close to God. I think this particular fork (528 hz) opens the heart chakra & spirit in some way. I'm learning more & more about them. They are amazingly wonderful "musical" body/mind instruments! You will be blessed if you buy.
