Ich trinke Animal Flex vor allem für bessere Gelenkigkeit in den Fingern.Außerdem ist es ein anständiger Durstlöscher.Wie bei allen Mischungen, die Gelbwurz/Kurkuma (Englisch: turmeric) als Entzündungshemmer enthalten, bekommen manche Leute Sodbrennen davon, dann sollte man mehr verdünnen.
