So I was hesitant on this product just due to the fact of ordering a sofa online. However, my experience was quite good.Packages showed up all at once instead of separate days! The boxes were a little beat up but lucky for me, nothing was damaged. Upon opening I thought something HAD broke, but was relieved to know they put an actual piece that is meant to be broken in case there is any expansion (there was). This didn't impact any of the other parts or cushions. Very well packed and was very easy to build without any tools. I had to use scissors to just open the boxes and cushions, however.After having it for a week there is one thing I might have to get: More pillows/different back cushions. They are pretty flat in comparison to the seat cushions. I can feel the back of the couch through them very easily (I am 5'7). Support isn't the important factor here with this couch as the back does not move but having two options for stretching my legs is a wonderful upgrade to what I had before.One perk that was amazing is that the chaise storage piece was already built and just needed its feets! Very nice but let's see how long the hydraulics last in this chaise storage. I use it as the footrest instead of the other chaise or have people over. It's quite heavy so moving it can be a pain as it does not move easily across my carpet. I might be looking into something to put on all the feet to make things easier to slide around on carpet.Comfort wise its alright, more on the firm side (which is my preference). I slept on it the first night it was built and had no issues rolling over on it. Found myself on the crack between the chaise's often but wasn't uncomfortable. Great for visitors or friends if they need a place to crash.Other than that, couch is worth the price. Glad nothing needed to be built and it was just a "attach together and go" type of build. Great for my apartment and small living room space. More firm so but some backup couch pillows. In the future for maintenance I will buy new couch pillows and attach Velcro to the back and that should add more cushion!

This couch is pretty nice for a smaller couch. It was fairly easy to assemble- I did it on my own and it took me about a half hour. No extra tools necessary. The only hardship I had was I wasn't completely sure the back piece fully connected. There's no audible snap or lock to know that you have it assembled correctly. But other than that it wasn't bad.As for comfort, the cushions do need time to form up as they are shipped in a vacuumed sealed packaging, but once they do its pretty comfortable! They're a little on the firmer side, but still plenty comfortable! The storage ottoman has the same level of comfort which is a nice addition! I also like that the mini ottoman can be moved wherever you want, so you can have the chaise on either side, or use both ottomans separately.Size wise, it's on the small side. You can definitely fit 2 adults, but 3 may be cramped. The chaise also doesn't extend super far. I'm 5 ft and just fit perfectly, but a taller person may have their feet hanging off the edge. The double ottoman could be used for an extended chaise however. The couch also sits lower to the ground than you would expect. When all the pieces are put together the couch can be used as a sleeper. It's not quite a full size, but still plenty roomy for your overnight guest. The double ottoman also has plenty of storage for blankets and pillows.All cushions including the back cushions can be removed for easy cleaning which is a plus! And the couch is fairly lightweight- one person should be able to move it if anything rolls under the couch. Its hard to beat for the price, and havong that extra ottoman right away is a steal! Overall very very happy with my purchase!

It took 2 days for my complete order to arrive. I ordered this set and the one without the long ottoman for my family room. The instructions that came with it were really easy to understand and I (a 44yr old mom with 4yr old twins and a dog running around) was able to put each set together under 30 minutes. I did set the seat cushions and back rest cushions out in the sun to fluff them up faster as per the instructions on the bag (tip: I used those big white bags it came in to lay them on while they were out in the sun and luckily it was a sunny 80 degree day today) they fluffed/firmed up really fast! I had seen several reviews were others cushions never inflated fully but my seat cushions were pretty darn firm after sitting out in the sun (I set them out while putting the couch bodies together).I had also read reviews about the back rests of these couches being flimsy and wobbly. When you set them in holes, you have to make sure that they're pulled towards you and pushed down. It took a few tries to get this right but the backrests firm and tight and don't wobble. This was important because my twins like to climb all over things.The legs screwed in easily, tbh, I'd prefer wooden legs but these seem okay so we'll see how they hold up. They fit perfect in our family room and comfortably seat all 5 of us and our dog. My husband is about 5'10 and stretched out, his head does hit the arm rest but he said it's still pretty comfy. And shipping was super quick! I ordered these on a Sunday evening and the boxes arrived Tuesday and Wednesday via FedEx. I did worry about the other boxes and contacted the seller via Amazon and they responded pretty quickly with the tracking numbers for the rest of the boxes. I do hope they last for a while but I again, I do have 4 yr old twins and an 11yr old and we spend quite a lot of time in our family room so I hope and pray that these hold up until the twins at least grow through their rowdy phase lol. We'll see! I'll try to update if anything changes but for now, I'm pretty pleased with how these couches turned out and I'm trying to post pics but for some reason, I'm not able to. Will try again later.

I wanted something cheap that fits my apartment but also comfortable and able to lounge with lots of room. It definitely can fit a lot of people on it for lounging which is nice, and it’s comfortable but there are some things about this couch that made me take off two stars. For one, the cushions are wrinkly and it has nothing to do with being sealed in the bag. Once they fluff out that’s how they are and I don’t like that. Also, the large back piece has a whole chunk missing and it makes it so you cant really lean back on it without it making a noise and it looks bad from the back. They could have added another piece to the parts or fixed that because it really looks bad. Other than those two issues it’s a good couch. Now would I purchase again? No. But I’m not going to get rid of it.

I read every review before I bought this sofa. It is a compact, stylish couch for my basement renovation. The ottoman stores all the bedding to make it into a comfortable sleep space for one adult or two children. I love the texture and color which is a real blue gray and perfect for my decor. It’s very comfortable for small adults but if your over 6 feet, sit in a chair. It came in three medium-large boxes and was simple to assemble. I did it myself in under an hour from unboxing to complete set up. I haven’t had it long so I won’t comment on wear. But the functionality and stylish design are great and I don’t find it hard or uncomfortable as I’ve read in other reviews. So far I love everything about this sofa and chaise with ottoman. I researched a sleeper sofa and storage solutions for a long time and this is the best of both. I’m happy as the brochure inside the box said!

The sofa looks great, now that it's all finished, and the material looks good and is tightly woven and appears to be durable. Each piece is exactly as described or pictured, altho the back cushions have not expanded to fill the slipcovers (see below). But they don't look bad or wrong--just not as good as the other parts.Item listing (outside reviewer) said it was easy to assemble, would take only one person 45 min to do. Well, that's debatable--I'm a 73 year old woman with arthritis, and it took three 3-4 hour days. Two boxes arrived first, with no assembly instructions. I tried to put them together, only to find out a number of pieces were missing. Seller responded to my inquiry promptly, so I waited for the third box for almost a week. It did have the missing pieces, except for two legs and washers. After another inquiry, a separate pkg arrived with replacements. The third box also had the directions, which meant that I had to take apart what I had put together from the contents of the first two boxes. Pieces didn't go together easily or quickly, but after much trial and error, they all did fit, just as the instructions said they would. I'm glad I wasn't on a strict timeline, and didn't care if one end of my living room was stacked with furniture pieces for a week.But assembly was the only problem--style, size, materials, and flexibility are all topnotch. I love the way the pieces are easy to move to create different designs, and comfortable to sit and to relax on. The cats have tried to scratch it, but material seems to have survived so far, and they are sleeping on it more than scratching, but I continue to be diligent about keeping an eye and ear on them. The seat cushions are thick and not too soft, which bodes well for durability. The back cushions are half as thick, and have not expanded to their full size since arriving in vacuum packed plastic. I can't tell if they will end up filling the slipcovers better or not. They do not look bad, just not as good as the seat cushions. I am fine with them, and I'm a picky person.It's important to mention that the seller was very good about responding to email about the sofa, prompt and polite. In the end, everything worked, but the cheerful and helpful communication with the seller prevented me from having an angry meltdown, which wouldn't have helped anyway. When something didn't work, knowing the seller was supportive and willing to solve problems I couldn't, I just kept trying, and in the end everything went together and worked perfectly. I could not have had better communication and support from the seller.If you are or have access to a strong person who can manhandle the few pieces that needed it, assembly should go quickly and easily. Two people working together should indeed take about an hour. With one person, creativity was needed at several points in the assembly process. No tools were needed, and with the exception of two legs and washers, everything necessary for assembly was provided in the original shipping crates, and the missing legs/washers were replaced promptly. They actually sent 4 sets, not 2, so I have extra legs/washers for the future.I can't recommend the seller more highly for their communication and for the quality of their products. I looked at dozens of chaise lounge sofas, considering color, durable material, size, flexibility in arrangement of the pieces, price, and ability to use as a sleeper sofa. I also looked at reviewers' comments, both positive and negative. As I filtered through my search results from both Amazon and Wayfair, this item continued to rise to the top. Now that I have been using it for a while, I feel I got the best possible sofa for a reasonable price. I recommend it highly.

I shopped around for a while, reading a ton of reviews. This couch had the most bang for the buck and reviews seemed pretty favorable. The couch came in 3 separate large boxes, and were left at my door by FedEx. I could easily bring them inside myself, and then popped open each box. These are packed pretty tight and honestly unboxing was probably the hardest part of the whole process but it just took a little brain power. This was the easiest assembly of anything I've ever bought and it came together extremely sturdy and comfy. We lounged on it a couple days, napped on it a few more, then agreed it was a good purchase. We spend a LOT of time on our couch haha so it was very important to us to get something livable not just cute. It's been a week and we're still happy with it as we get our living room all set up! I do recommend this product. I saw a few people saw there was damage during shipping - I just checked all packaging damage before opening the couches (I stuck my hand inside any holes and felt around for damage - didn't want to repackage anything if it was damaged). The couch came with cleaning instructions, good assembly instructions, and info on how to reach out if you weren't completely happy with it.
