Do they form a good seal on your face? I'm looking for airtight (I know they have vents) but I want the seal around my eyes to be perfect.

I bought them for motorcycle protection. I just had cataract surgery and decided a goggle would be the best choice. The Bugeye goggle fit the bill. Yes, it has a great seal on your face.

Do these let dust in?

They absolutely do let Dust in. They are vented with small slits all the way around the plastic lenses so that they don't fog up. If you are looking for airtight no dust type goggles look elsewhere. But if dust is not a huge issue these are perfect!
