I got this item and truly love it, everything is extremely easy to use very much a plug in and use webcam. Downloaded the software needed for it any was up and streaming with it that night. Love this and the clearness of the camera very easily adjustable, great buy!

The webcam has great picture quality and works great. Mounts easily, connects automatically and is easy to use. The mic on the device has been subpar. Whenever I use it on work meetings, my colleagues have mentioned I sound very different and weird. And I met up with my colleagues in person and they say I sound way different. Good value for the money still but I would not buy. Now I'm looking at buying a separate mic just so my voice sounds less weird.

Worked great for 11 months, the special features, image, and microphone were superb. Then it suddenly stopped working, and now does not work at all in any computer I have tried it in, Mac or PC. It’s under warranty, but the customer service was so unhelpful and wanted me to jump through so many hoops that I just gave up. So it may be a good product, but the company does not believe in quality when it comes to customer service and warranty support. I’d go with another brand just for that reason.

Camera works fine, super easy plug in and use with zero setup. Stays put when perched on top of my monitors, love how easy it is to move when I’m not working from home..also love the built in mic, it didn’t work well enough for long term use (I sounded far away) but it’s a good backup option Major con- it has no settings for picture quality. Even with a well lit room, I have to turn my “spotlight” ceiling lights on so I’m not a glowing white face. Even then, the quality is over brightened so I still look pixelated/bright (The built in laptop camera has a better picture). I’ve ordered extra lighting for my desk hoping it will help but so far, no lighting arrangement I’ve tried works. Research says I have to buy another camera with settings built in :/ upset I found out after it was too late, for this price I’d expect a little more.

This camera didn't work for me because I don't like to have the lights in my office at 100%. I usually keep them at 50%, but this camera did not adjust for low light situations. When I did bring the lights up to 100%, camera had a very sharp picture. Not a bad camera, just not right for me.

The camera was outstanding at first. The camera is presented as manually adjustable, but a control panel to do so on Windows 10 only came out a couple of months ago, and you can't control the zoom, which is misleading. Despite these disappointments, the camera still worked well initially. However, the auto-focus feature has now outright failed, and now the camera constantly focuses in and out on me, even when sitting a couple feet from the camera, so you have to turn the auto-focus function off for the picture to stop moving. Support told me to download a firmware update, but the link they sent does not point to any downloads, just their user manuals. Also it's pathetic that you have buy a $7 Mac app to control the settings when using a Mac. (The autofocus problem also occurs on my M1 Mac Mini also.) They'll supposedly reimburse you, but only in the form of Amazon store credit, which is ridiculous. Stick with Logitech, you may pay more, but support is better and it's ultimately a superior product.

Impeccable ! Très bonne résolution, focus automatique, et installation sous Windows 11 dès que le port USB est connecté. Great item and remote is terrific

With such a vast choice it is a challenge to know you have made the right decision. The feedback previously given helped to select this camera and we are not disappointed at all. Very simple to set-up both physically (3 screws to secure camera and running power cable to external socket) and technically. Connected to both i-phone and i-pad. Customising your set-up, recording and reviewing again was simple. Image at night and coverage is excellent. Warning of sound and/or movement is also excellent and can be viewed easily through whatever device you plan to use. One very minor issue is that at night it records constantly during rain and snow., so switch off the infrared for that period.

Ürünün netliği gayet güzel, mikrofonu test etmedim. Fakat ürünün Windows Hello desteği yokmuş bilin istedim. Yorumlara aldanıp bunu aldım fakat galiba başka kameranın yorumları ile bununki birbiriyle karışmış, ben de anlamadım.
