Great Buy
My first time straying from the rotary shavers and I am glad I gave this one a try. Quality looks great and I can shave very quickly and get a close shave. It charges reasonably quickly and the batteries stay charged for quite a while. Very comfortable with no skin irritation but I have been using electric shavers for any years. Would definitely purchase again. I have been using this for about a week now and still very satisfied. Great product for the $ spent.

Love it
I’m a Black woman with PCOS, and facial hair has been something I’ve had to deal with for years. I did so much research on electric shavers because regular razors would leave my skin irritated and cause razor bumps. I finally decided on this one, and I’m so glad I did! I’ve had it for a few months now, and so far I love it. It gives me a really close, smooth shave without having to press hard, and most importantly, I haven’t been dealing with razor bumps like I did with regular razors. I usually dry shave, and it works great for me. If you’re a woman with PCOS dealing with facial hair and looking for a good electric shaver, I definitely recommend giving this one a try. It was worth the investment for me! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pretty good
Cuts fairly close. Easy to use. Easy to clean. Smaller head than brauns best ones. Charges well and lasts thru several shaves. Use it for travel but not as good as their best which I use at home. Occasional use is fine.

A review from someone who doesn't shave daily.
My review is probably not for the average user. I believe these are designed for people that shave every day. It's good but know the limitations for those that don't. Just to frame how often I shave to bare skin. I'm the guy that maybe replaces his razor about once a year. Typically I use a finish trimmer or clippers to get down stubble, which is kind of my maintenance. And then I'll use a razor to clean up everything but my goatee/mustache. So what does that mean for me? Well, if my hair isn't short enough, then this will pull hairs and the shaving experience sucks and I'd rather use a razor. In order to use this without pulling, you need to use the trimmer attachment (or some other clippers). Taking this "limitation" into consideration, I think it's good. I don't have to lather up, I can shave dry. Sometimes I just want a quick shave without the whole production of lather shave wash. But then now the trade off is instead of lather shave wash. It's trim, shave, clean the shaver. so all in all, maybe not much of a time saver, UNLESS you don't clean the shaver every use... which you probably can go a few times or more without doing depending how much hair you have. Obviously the series 9 pro would take care of the cleaning bit, but you also pay almost 4x the amount. And so eliminating that inconvenience is not worth the premium in my opinion, especially given how little I shave in general. Noise while using the shaver is okay, I don't really know what to expect. But if you use the trimmer head it's pretty loud, especially compared to my Oster T Finisher, and even my full size A5 clippers... maybe not in decibels but the higher pitch buzz. So the minor complaints that I have, aren't really a result of a bad product. At least not in my mind, so that's why I'm giving 5 stars even though I have some minor complaints.

Great Value Shaver--Buy It!
I chose this Braun Series 3 because I had been using an older Series 3 and have always been happy with it. Razor shaves great--nice and close, no irritation. Got my face smooth in no time even after going a day without shaving. I also like that it has the attached pop-up trimmer like my old Series 3, because others in that series do not. I am not sure about battery life, because I just received it. However, based on other reviews, I don't think it will be an issue. I would highly recommend this shaver. No need to break the bank account on more expensive shavers.

Inconsistent
When this thing works well, it works VERY well. I've gotten such a close shave that it's comparable to a good traditional shave, smooth in both directions with minimal irritation. But it's incredibly inconsistent. There are parts of my face where it struggles to even get the hair at all, let alone a close shave. No matter what angle, direction, amount of pressure, pulling the skin taught, it simply fails to do a satisfactory job. I frequently have to go over the same spot repeatedly to get even a passable shave, or follow up with something like a Oneblade to clean it up. That is all dry shaving, by the way. I was initially recommended this model for wet shaving, and oh my lord. Using this was the worst wet shave I have ever had in my entire life. It completely missed massive swathes of hair. No matter what pressure or angle or anything I tried. Horribly patchy, inconsistent, and worse than having done nothing at all. The person who recommended it absolutely loved it, so perhaps it's a matter of hair type. Overall I've been pretty unhappy with my Braun Series 3, but it still does a passable enough job for daily use, and doesn't irritate my skin particularly badly except on the very lowest part of my neck (where it also does the worst shaving job). I would personally look elsewhere if you're in the market for an electric razor.

A convenient, cost-effective, smooth shave
I just wanted to show some appreciation for this razor, since I've been having such a good experience with it. I have tried several razors over the past 2 years and this one was surprisingly a standout over all of them. Why? It's convenient, affordable, and it gives me a smooth shave with minimal irritation. The good: + The shaver has a nice solid build. I really appreciate the grippiness of the rubber handle. I also noticed that my hand just wants to go to the sides of the razor where it's designed to be held. I have noticed with some other razors that my thumb often ends up on the power button and accidentally turns it off. This does not happen with this razor for me. + A quick, smooth shave: It only takes a couple of passes to get a decently close shave. I will say that I've had razors that cut closer than this, but that isn't necessarily a good thing. I get razor burn on my neck from electric razors, but this one has never given me razor burn, so that's a big plus for me for a smooth shave. Also, I have only gotten minimal ingrown hairs from this razor, which I can't say for a lot of others I have tried. + Convenient: This razor is fairly cheap. The replacement parts are fairly cheap. I have had other razors that are fairly high maintenance and require spending time cleaning with each shave. While I'm sure you *could* do a deep clean on this razor every time you use it, I have noticed that just shaking out the excess hairs from the guards seems to be enough without a huge hit on performance. So I would say it's easy to clean. I also appreciate that if I lost this razor on a trip that it would not be that expensive to replace, compared to some more pricey options. + Features: Perhaps the biggest thing I have noticed trying several different types of razors is that the cutter bar in the center seen on some razors (such as this one) is absolutely essential to a good clean shave. I have hairs that grow in several different directions on my neck that are really difficult to remove with some razors. What I have noticed is that razors that come with the cutter bar in the center of their foils tend to do a much better job of getting these hairs. I also like that this one comes with the built-in beard trimmer to get the hairs that get too long for the cutter bar. With this razor, I rarely get the random stray hairs on my neck that I have had at times from other razors. + Noise level: This razor is on the quieter end of electric razors I have tried. Not the quietest razor, but not noticeably loud. It's an electric razor -- it's going to make some noise when you use it. The bad: - It would be nice if the power cord came with one of those upright stands. I just think it would look nicer in the bathroom that way. - The power button doesn't really have a safety lock. It seems like it would be easy to accidentally turn it on while it's sitting in a bag. The plastic cover does also cover the button, but it seems like it would still be easy to accidentally press it even with the cover on. Overall, I would highly recommend this razor if you want something affordable that can also get a relatively smooth shave in a short amount of time. I appreciate *not* having to spend a lot of time in the bathroom shaving every morning, so I really appreciate this razor.

Five-star review for those new to electric shaving
This is a five-star review. I’m posting it under one star to inform buyers, like me, who read one-star reviews first and are switching from blade shaving. When I first started electric shaving ten years ago, a long-forgotten review taught me the difference and how to get the most out of my Braun. I want to pass on that lore. With blade shaving, you lather up and pass the blade once over your face. The blade catches every hair, but sometimes a little skin. That’s why I switched: I cut myself often enough that shaving became a sometimes-painful nuisance. Blade shaving also isn’t cheap, and it puts a lot of sharp and still-useful steel into the trash. Electric shaving is different. You have to pass an electric shaver over every part of your face not once, not twice, but several times. Why? To get cut, each little hair has to find its way into one of the many little holes in the cutting screen. That’s a random process, and it takes several passes. I suppose it takes me about five minutes per shave, and I have a small face. But when I’m done, there are never any nicks, cuts or scrapes. My face feels fine, fresh and smooth, without using any liquids. (I do a dry shave.) To verify how much I’ve shaved and keep the screen clean, I take the screen fixture off after every shave, strike it hard, inside down, on a bit of paper towel on the bathroom counter. Then I use the little Braun brush (supplied) to clean out the revealed shaver top and its cutting mechanisms, all over the same piece of paper towel. Before I crumple it up, I notice how much hair is in it. I’ve only used my new Braun Series 3 twice now, once last evening just before a dinner, and once this morning. As far as I can tell from the amount of hair cut, the new Series 3 works as well or better than my ten-year-old one. To boot, the hair cut is black, not white, though I’m 77. (I’m still trying to figure that out. Maybe the new shaver cuts deeper?) My new shaver is practically unique in standing the test of inflation, over ten years. IIRC, my ten-year-old Series 3 cost in the $65 range. This one cost $55, including tax. My old shaver, but not the new one, had a vertical stand, a neat, zippered cloth carrying case, and a way of pulling back one side of the cutter’s edge for shaving your upper lip. The stand broke a long time ago; I still have the case; and the pull-back feature I stopped using years ago. Over those ten years, a good, close shave cost $65 for the shaver and less than $150 for six replacement screens, ranging from $23 to $25 each. That’s less than $22 per year—IIRC, much lower than blade shaving. As for the stand, after mine broke I made my own (pictured), from three pieces of wood, some velcro tape, and a keyholder circle. It keeps the shaver clean, dry and handy while charging.

De las mejores afeitadoras.
Es una excelente afeitadora. No he tenido problemas en nada.

Bought this as my sons first razor and its great
After doing a good bit of research I bought this for my son as his first razor. I have never really used electric razors before but my son took to this quite easily and I have to admit I have pinched it a coupe of times :) It works really well and doesn't seem to cause any skin burn. The side clippers are great for trimming down side burns while the main shaver is great and easy to clean. Charges easily and battery lasts for a good while, all over a successful purchase and a really good unit.

Budget shaver with performance & satisfaction of close shave!
Little technique & wet shaving results this much result within 5-6 minutes. Now if your wrist can act like pivoting head to follow the contours of your face then this is the perfect shaver. Also sensitive skin with dry shave can lead to read marks but why use dry if we can finish within 5 minutes with foam or gel. Just wash it with a hot water while shaver is on & it will clean itself perfectly. Super easy!!! As no one can guess that whether you used saftey razor or this shaver. It's completely value for money. I become a fan of Braun with its cheapest line of shaver series. No doubt this is the no 1 brand in the world for electric foil shavers.
