This is a real sleek, excellent automatic dispenser and stand. It arrived quickly and was easy to install. It looks very professional in my office lobby and am proud to display it for the customers to use it. Sanitizer has good feel and smell. I love it even more because it is made in USA - PROUD! It’s modern style with a solid white metallic stand enhances the look and feel of my waiting room. The clear container allows me to easily see the level of solution inside. Just open the top and simply add more sanitizer as needed. No specialized refill bags or plastic containers are needed. I am extremely happy to have bought this product. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I liked it so much I bought a second one. It wasn't dispensing like the first one. I thought it defective? and then someone asked why theirs work off the stand but not when attached to the stand. Contacted NxN and the problem was solved: new shiny coating reflection affected the sensor. A flat-black drip guard came via FedEx superfast and now the second dispenser works GREAT!!!! Thank you NxN for your amazing product and for your fast/prompt/friendly service!

I have been very pleased with both of these stations that I purchased for a condominium building. They were very easy to set up and function well. These stations are very study, have a small footprint, and their spare, unobtrusive design makes them perfect for our situation. They are also easy to refill, and I really like the fact that you don't have to open them to see how much sanitizer is left in the dispenser.

I ordered this because I wanted an automatic hand sanitizer for my home like the one I had seen everywhere else these days (near elevators and at entrances to restaurants and other businesses). My goal was getting one that worked well, was sturdy and was easy to assemble. This arrived quickly, was easy to assemble and works great. Its distributes just the right amount of sanitizer everytime. It’s nice because you can use any brand of hand sanitizer and it’s easily refillable. I recommend a gel over a liquid and it came with 2 full bottles of sanitizer (gel) so I won’t run out anytime soon. I put it by the laundry room door so it’s right there reminding my kids or any guest coming over to use it whenever they come in the house. If your looking for an automatic hand sanitizer, I wouldn’t hesitate to get this one!

The NXN hand sanitizer is a great product, easy to assemble and easier to use. Product loads easily,and dispenses without any problems, I like that you can adjust the flow level, so you do not dispense to much or to little.In 2 words " GREAT PRODUCT.Did I mention the hand sanitizer goes on clean, and no smell, also leaves your hands feeling soft......

I needed a hand sanitizer station to help my business comply with COVID-19 regulations.This unit comes with everything you need to have it operational in minutes. The stand is fully assembled and you just put the batteries and hand sanitizer (all included) in the dispenser, mount it to the stand and voila! It is a touchless dispenser with a blue light letting you know its about to dispense the sanitizer. Has a place for a display (not included) that allows you to add signage as well.Really sleek, clean looking and high tech, it stands out without being an eyesore. I love it and so do my clients.

So, at first this product was great- easy to assemble, sturdy base, and easy to fill. I installed the machine on August 13th at my business for customers to use, and by September 15th it had stopped pumping out the sanitizer. I read the 3-part trouble shooting for this which is as follow: If no liquid comes out: a) If this is the first use, it is because the liquid is not in the pump, please dispense a few more times. (Umm....not the first use, moving on) b) The liquid may be caking and blocking the tube, running some hot water trough the dispenser will clear it. (Okay, sounds feesible, so I did so....I got water to come out, but it still won't pump the sanitizer gel it came with) c)The liquid may be running out (Sigh, nope!) Literally just days after the return policy expired, it broke down. I'll try the email [email protected] to see if their customer service can be of any help. For $300 I would hope so....

We purchased this unit for our independent pharmacy. Our lobby had been closed since the beginning of April, and we were making plans to reopen to the public. This unit is very well built and sturdy. The instructions for assembly (there was very little to assemble) were clear and concise. Loved the fact that this whole package came with the sanitizer. The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is because the dispensing unit does not work when a hand is placed very close to the sensor. So, 100's of times a day, my cashiers have to tell people that it works best when they place their hands further away. Not a big thing, but after hearing them educate the public over 1000's of times, I'm tired of hearing it and I'm sure they are tired of saying it!

This product came on time. It is durable and was very easy to assemble. I like that I can use any hand sanitizer without being required to buy it in a specified refill. We are a small office and the refillable dispenser allows me to add as little or as much sanitizer as I need. Consequently, I don't end up with waste. I also like that I can program the amount to dispense. I have used some dispensers in public places where it pumps out way too much.Thank you NxN for providing a product as advertised without gimmicks or gotchas!
