Smells like cigarette smoke
Beautiful-looking yarn, but it smells like cigarette smoke, which I find irritating. If I can finish the baby dress I am knitting with it, I will definitely need to wash it before I send it to my new grand-niece. I have bought this yarn from other sellers in the past and have not had this problem.

I love this wool , it is so soft it's a joy to knit with . I've been making a lot of baby clothes over the last few months with different baby wools , this is my favourite for sure.The colours are great. The self patterning looks like fair isle . Again.....this is my favourite wool by far. Showed my knitting group what I've been making , they all loved what I made and asked to feel the wool, asked where I bought it , so directed them to here
