Amazing
Overall, very very good. It is very low in calories and a healthier alternative compared to heavier pasta. Absorbs flavor really well, so is very versatile. Iโm a very picky eater, and donโt like most types of pasta, but the texture and taste was not bad at all. I can enjoy ALL my pasta without having to worry about bloating or guilt after, Very filling as well. Worth the money, as it is health oriented.

Filling
I really love these noodles. They help me not miss pasta so much. They are more like fettuccini-shaped ramen noodles than real fettuccini noodles, but I use them for fettuccini Alfredo anyway sometimes! Mostly I make ramen dishes with them though. Also it says they are ready to eat but I always put them in a strainer and rince them really well before using them- otherwise the texture is a bit slimy.

Perfect low calorie side to any saucy meal!
I have a hard time getting these noodles in our town. Thank goodness for Amazon. We love these! So easy to prepare. I rinse them in cold water then fry them in a hot pan with no oil until they squeak. Alone, they don't have much flavor, but adding any sauce makes them a VERY low calorie filler for many meals! I, personally, love the texture, but can see why others might have a bit of a learning curb to like them. They are a staple in our home.

Absolutely not!
I donโt understand all the positive reviews for these noodles. They are AWFUL. The texture is slimy, slippery and rubbery. I felt like gagging while chewing the two bites I forced myself to eat. The taste itself is fine. They just take the flavor of whatever sauce you use, but the TEXTUREโฆ so bad. Absolutely horrible. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Not much like pasta, but still good for specific dietary needs.
You have to know what to expect with konjac pasta. If you're looking for something gluten-free and/or keto-friendly that can be a vehicle for delicious sauce, that's what you'll get. They're filling enough, although you might find yourself hungry again not long after because they have barely any calories. But you can avoid that problem if you eat them with a satisfying sauce or in a substantial soup. These don't have the same texture as wheat pastas, even though they are advertised as such. The bite is more like what zucchini noodles have when sauteed, which to me is really not similar to al dente wheat fettuccine at all. They are entirely tasteless, which is fine if you can tolerate that and you know what seasonings you prefer. Get creative with your sauces and seasonings, and don't skimp on them. Some ideas for what to do with these: dump them in a soup with vegetables and dashi powder or vegetables. Smother them in a bolognese, alfredo, or pesto sauce. Basically anything you would do with regular pasta, but make sure you include strong flavors and the right ingredients to compliment them. Use olive oil, herbs, pepper, citrus, vinegar, wine, or anything else your diet permits to enhance the taste of the dish.

Really really good texture
Fan-freaking-tastic!!! I did these with some sauteed bell peppers green onion and chicken and I added some cheese sauce and it made the most wonderful dish it doesn't have a taste to it really so you really have to make sure you season your other foods it just adds the most wonderful texture and you feel like you're eating pasta. I cooked my chicken and sauteed onions and bell peppers in the skillet I seasoned everything really well then I added these noodles in the skillet with the rest of the food because they don't have much of a taste and they're only really adding texture you have to make sure you season your food really well but they hold the sauce really well they give it that great feeling and texture of eating pasta
