Seckton Upgraded Kids Selfie Camera, HD Digital Video Camera-Navy Blue

Got this for my 3 year old for Christmas 6 months ago and he still loves it. It is very easy for him to use. He loves taking pictures of all kinds of things. It holds a good charge for a long time. I definitely recommend.

Updated 9/9/2022: The seller reached out to me and stood by their customer service promise and guarantee! They sent us a new camera and my daughter is enamored. She can take pics on her own, scroll through and play games, and even record videos. It’s feasible for a four year old and super fun for going out to parks and museums. She can now capture things that are important to her. I am very grateful. I bought this camera for my daughter’s 4th birthday which was yesterday 8/30. I should have taken it out of the package and tried it when I bought it 7/27. Me being the mom that I am, I try to buy when I have the money. Welp, money wasted. The camera does not work. I thought maybe it needed to be charged. Well since you cannot see anything on the black screen, you have no idea if it is charged. The black screen display was inoperable. Just like an adult digital camera the screen should show whatever the lens is facing when you turn it on; this screen remains black. I am 5 days outside of the return window and completed bummed and disappointed. Looks like some people had luck with their seller and version of this. Unfortunately not me.

So cute watching my three year old take pictures I had to buy a second one for my one year old. He stages things to photograph and it is adorable seeing the creativity flowing. It fits perfectly in his hands (it’s smaller than I expected but that’s a good thing), is nice and light, doesn’t die too quickly, and the quality of photos looks pretty good. I go through and delete the pointless pics and so far there’s over 500 images with no issue of storage space. My only issue was it comes with games like Snake and Tetris which some may see as a good thing but when he finds his way to the games when he’s button mashing, he just wants to play them, then he gets upset that he’s not good at it, so then he wants to watch me play the games and as fun as Snake and Tetris are, I’d rather him be off taking pictures of the cat while I eat lunch in peace 😆 I’d say it’s worth the price (obviously, since I bought a second one in a different color) and would make for a great gift for I’d say a 3-6 year old.

This is a fun little camera for kids. My 4-year-old can use it easily and loves the selfie mode and photo frames. It comes with an SD card and charging cord, which is nice and makes it ready to use right away. It also comes with a strap to prevent drops and a USB drive for storage. The picture quality isn’t great, but it’s totally fine for a young kid and feels fair for the price. I do wish you could see through the viewfinder instead of just using the screen, but overall it’s been a hit.

Below is my original review however since posting this I was contacted by Seckton's customer service and they helped replace my broken one with a new one that charges. My daughters love these cameras. They're a perfect size for toddlers/small children and a lot of fun for them to play with. I will continue to purchase them as gifts knowing if there are any issues this company will work with you to make it right. Thank you!! Old Review: Purchased a blue and a purple one but the blue would not show the red charging color from the beginning. It came fully charged so I thought perhaps it needed to run out of battery to charge but that is not the case. Charging never worked and we are out of return window. The purple will charge fine though.

This is user friendly and my daughter loves having her own camera. The size is small but is appropriate for a toddler or young child

Was great when it was working. Worked for 3 months. Now when we try to take photos it says low battery and when we try to charge the camera, it says battery is full. We arent able to use any of the features and so after a minute of it being on, it will switch off.

My son loves this thing. Takes pictures, videos and has a great battery life. The part where the strap attaches broke but I think that was just from a lot of use. Perfect fun gift for any kid!
