UNSATISFACTORY
This blender was easy to set up and I love the overall look of it (it looks expensive) however it started leaking within just a month of using it and I have been unable to fix it

The product looks good, I've bought it as a gift and l believe it would be good.
I like the model and hopefully the recipient would appreciate it and love it.

Dissappointed
Soups. Used it a few times, making cauliflower soup, just purée it down, soup went up handle, stopped it, took jug off, and the bottom had fallen out. What a mess to clear up.

It’s a bit fiddly as you have to get the jug locked in the base and the lid locked in on the jug- although I guess this is a safety feature. The ‘knack’ comes with use - so a good blender - does what is expected. Quite happy with it.

Good for most blending needs, do use to blend frozen banana!
I have enjoyed using this blender but I tried to make a smoothie this week and the plastic literally exploded, a big piece of plastic flew from the side. It was good for blending oats down to flour, making smoothies with soft fresh fruit but struggled with things like dates and I did have to blend done thing several times, stirring in between.
