My husband and I absolutely love these Tillamook Zero Sugar Spicy Jalapeño Smoked Sausages! They check all the boxes for us: great flavor, a nice kick of spice, 9g of protein, and best of all — ZERO sugar and zero carbs. We’ve really started paying attention to added sugar in everything we buy, and it’s surprisingly hard to find a convenient snack that’s high in protein, low carb, and doesn’t sneak sugar into the ingredients. These are a winner! They’re also perfect for taking on the go. I’ve started bringing a few with me to the movie theater so I have something satisfying to snack on and I’m not tempted by all the high-carb, added-sugar theater snacks. It holds me over, gives me some protein, and I genuinely enjoy eating it. The jalapeño flavor has an excellent level of spice — enough heat to make it interesting without overpowering the smoky sausage flavor. Great for road trips, movies, travel, or just keeping around for an easy protein snack. My hubby and I will definitely keep buying these. Highly recommended, especially if you’re watching your sugar and carbs but don’t want to sacrifice flavor!

Finding a keto-friendly snack that actually delivers on flavor without sneaking in sugar can be a challenge, but these hit the absolute sweet spot (without the sweetness). The texture is perfect, and the jalapeño gives them a fantastic, authentic kick that builds nicely without being completely overpowering. They are incredibly convenient for high-protein, zero-sugar snacking on the go. If you love a savory snack with a bit of heat, these are a must-have. Will definitely be buying again!

I have tried them all and I'm positive these are the best tasting of the "healthy" (no nitrates no sugar) meat sticks.

The flavor is nice. I'm unsure if I would purchase again, due to pricing. Tillamook is a highly-respected company, with good products.

These smoked sausage snacks are the best. Ive tried a few other sausage and beef sticks, and i keep coming back to these. Theyve got a really nice jalapeno kick to them. Not super spicy, but just the right amount that i think would suit most people's palettes. Great smoked sausage flavor too. Out of the several bags ive gone through, ive never found any weird grissely bits or pieces of bone or anything. Thats a pretty good indication of processing quality. And they have a great, more dried out texture with a nice snap from the casing. I like that they are a little bit thinner and smaller than say like the Duke's brand sausages. The casing-to-meat ratio is just perfect, for a good snappy satisfying bite. These are just awesome. Im actually surprised they come from a big name brand like Tillamook. They taste like some small batch expensive gourmet sausages. And zero sugar to boot? Win win win! Btw you dont even need added sugar in something like this with this flavor profile. So unlike with some other zero sugar products, you wont miss the sugar at all. It is just a nice savory, smokey, spicey snack. The way it should be. I highly recommend.

Real good

The 0g sugar definitely affects the flavor. If you can't have sugar then I'd say it's not bad.. but it basically tastes like if you took a bite of a meat stick and a bite of a raw jalapeno pepper. There isn't much flavor other than very plain jalapenos. Normally with spicy food there a burst of flavor with spiciness and this isn't that in my opinion. I like more flavor than a pepper by itself. I got a small bag of the honey and spice and it was so much better. A hint of sweetness with a blend of spice. If I was on a diet or diabetic I would get these. They aren't bad, but there's better flavors out there..

These are spicy, as you would expect. They're on the hot side, above what I would say is medium salsa spicy. The flavor is jalapeno and not red pepper or cyan pepper. The base meat is different than the original flavor but not in a bad way. It compliments the jalapeno flavor.
