Light weight, and high quality!
I had concerns when we got this mower. It isn’t self propelled, and is smaller than our last one, but it really surprised me. We have a lot of yard, and are on a hill, which added to our concerns. It is lightweight, which makes it really easy to use. You can raise and lower the deck with a couple of fingers. It even goes up the hill easily. The only downside is the battery life. It comes with 2 24v batteries, and needs both to operate. They last about 30 min. My thought was to get a second set of batteries, but they cost as much as another mower. I like the easy maintenance, and light weight, and that it has power and is quiet. Great mower.

Top notch; excellent buy
I'm a 60 yo woman; this mower is well-made, light-weight, easy to use and fairly easy to assemble. The two batteries now work about 30-35 minutes when charged, long enough for me to mow my small-medium sized yard. For the first two usages, the charges held only about 25 minutes but I've noticed that the charge holds longer when regularly used. Very very easy to use, easy to push. Great exercise for the aging bod. Highly recommended!

Excellent lawn mower, good build quality, powerful & effective, battery doesn't last long
This lawn mower does an excellent job, but the main disadvantage is the battery life, which only lasts around 30 minutes. If you have a large yard, you'd probably have to charge it 4 times to complete the lawn mowing, which causes inconvenience. Other than that, it is very effective and is powerful enough to even handle long, big grasses rather easily. It makes a fair amount of noise. It is designed very well, as well, as it has a nice look and solid build quality to it.

Even better than our first Greenworks cordless mower.
Four years ago, we purchased a 16-inch, 40-volt Greenworks cordless lawn mower. It's still going strong, and we absolutely love it! This year, because our lawn is so big the single 40-volt, 4.0Ah battery runs out before we can finish, we decided to get a second cordless mower. We decided on another Greenworks mower - this time, a 17-inch, 48-volt (2 24-volt, 4Ah batteries) model. This new mower is even better than the original! Almost everything about this mower has been significantly improved. The two 24-volt, 4.0 Ah batteries last longer - almost (but not quite) long enough to finish the entire yard in one go! The batteries are much easier to put into the mower, and remove for recharging. A noteworthy feature is the mower's USB hub, which allows me to charge via a USB cable. The mower came with a battery charger that works very fast and efficiently. The mower's height adjuster is also easier to use. As for how well it cuts the grass: it does every bit as good a job as its older sibling. Our lawns always look well-groomed. Best of all, no fossil fuels are ever consumed with either of these excellent cordless mowers. We love our new Greenworks 2 x 24V (48V) 17" Cordless Lawn Mower! Most highly recommended!

No gas, perfect! But battery runs out fast.
I like how lightweight it is which makes it easy to push/pull. I love not having any gas. However the battery drains fast. I know it says 45 min but I swear I only get 15-20 min of cutting before I have to charge both batteries. The bag also doesn’t catch all of the clippings. So sometimes it will stop mid way and I have to pull it up some so it doesn’t stop due to all of the clippings. Which makes me think there’s an automatic off switch in case you go over something you shouldn’t. Needless to say, buy 2-4 backup batteries so you can have them charged without causing delay to your yard work. What should take less than an hour ends up being damn near 4 hours because you have to constantly charge the batteries. It takes longer to actually charge the batteries than it takes for the batteries to die while cutting your lawn.

Works well, easy to push, GREAT customer service from Greenworks!
I am a 67yo woman with arthritis in my hands. I just bought a house in MD about 3 months ago and hired someone to mow the grass. He came once at the beginning of the drought we had this year, said he'd be back in three weeks and never returned. I decided I'd try mowing myself, figuring I could at least do it when it wasn't too hot. I bought it during Prime days, when it was just over $200, figuring it would pay for itself in about four mows. It took about 10 days to receive the mower. When I plugged in the charger and put in the two batteries, it started making a horrible very high pitched noise. This was not the charger fan noise some have referred to. This was like a tiny fairy screaming, loud enough I could not stay in the room and my three dogs ran out. I called Greenworks customer service directly and after a short conversation, I was told they were mailing me a new charger. Also told the charger was not dangerous so to use it til I got the new one. Charger and batteries went in the basement where humans and dogs couldn't hear the screaming fairy. So this morning I used the mower for the first time and it was awesome. It was easy to push and cut my overgrown grass with ease. Some of the grass was 1-2' high so I was concerned but most of it came down on the first pass. I actually had fun mowing! The two batteries lasted almost all the way through. I have a tiny patch left, about 2'x4'. Considering I was walking slow to make sure the really high stuff was cut, I'm happy with how long they lasted. I named my mower Rosie, after Rosie The Riveter because, "We Can Do It!" Rosie and I are going to have more fun in a week or so mowing together again.

Great electric mower for the price
This was one of my favorite purchases this year. The November isn't noisy, looks much better than my previous electric lawnmower, and was surprisingly powerful for what it was. Out of the box, it was super easy to set up. My only gripe is that I wish the batteries would last a little longer. Currently, it lasts about 45 min per charge.

Good little mower but not perfect
Decent little mower. Purchased it so I could take the sketchyness out of my front yard using my rider with the slope I have. Did a good job cutting the grass and is super quiet and very light weight. I've added some pictures of the handle extended and folded down next to my other tools for some size comparison as well. Stores well too. Grey button circled is how you adjust the deck height. Press and lift or push while holding the button down until you get your desired height and release. Super easy. Battery life is ok. I wouldn't be able to do my entire yard front and back on one charge. Batteries were almost dead after what felt like 25 minutes of use but my grass is rather thick so theres that. It did what I wanted it to do on one charge so I'm happy although it won't do a full yard front and back. You would need an extra set of batteries for that. Little assembly required. You have to put the grab bar on and install the mulch plug or bag yourself and charge the batteries before use and you're good to go. Not a super strong mower but thats to be expected at the price point. Strong enough to get the job done though. Some of the thicker parts I had to do two passes to get a good cut and it stalled out on me once. Thats ok though because I have the mulch plug installed and mulching boggs down any mower. 4 stars because there isn't a good carry handle to use when it is folded up that I could find. You kind of have to manhandle the thing into where you want once its folded up. Opened the box when it got delivered to find the batteries and charger just tossed in by the factory. Was a bit frustrated seeing that stuff just banging around in the box. Pros Quiet, light weight, stores great decently strong Cons No go handle when folded up, packaging Would I recommend? Yes. Good cheap alternative if you have a very small yard or are needing something to edge with or need to get to a hard spot that a rider is not the best for. Plus you don't have to worry about a cheap gas mower blowing your arm out with 10 minutes of pull starting.
