Katta Meetha Biriyani Lovers - Go for it!!
The instructions are clear and the combinations mentioned, if followed step by step, will result in a good biriyani, my only gripe with the masala is its not for south indian cuisine. Its more suitable for people who like katta-meetha taste. The biriyani ended up being sweet and tangy even after adding 5 green chillies in addition to what is prescribed in the recepe. I like my biriyani spicy, hence not a fan of this Shan masala and never gonna order again!!.
