Would like to order extra pads and bottle?

Dear customer, Hi, we currently don't sell individual cleaning pads and bottle. But there comes with 3 microfiber pads in the package for replacement. The pads are washable and reusable. You can reuse them for a long time and needn't buy disposable replacement pads. Hope this helps.

My mop came with the bottle attached and I cannot remove it to fill it. I've tried with all of my might to pull it off. Any suggestions from others?

This bottle does come out. It is super difficult to remove. I thought I was going to break it.
