Excellent - easier than a bunch of foam pieces
The media could not be loaded. After fat transplant surgery due to implant removal, it was a solid piece to use continuously, rather than deal with foam pieces. I’d recommend

Not good for back, but yes for stomach
I did NOT use this product for my back because it would slide down and up and got super uncomfortable. But I did use it for my stomach which stayed in place and was way more comfortable.
