What does no glue strip mean?

I believe it means that you must use an eyelash adhesive with these lashes.

I don't know if they re mink but are so natural like real hair, it's hard to tell. Very natural looking eyelashes. I catch people looking at my eyes and I know they are wondering if my lashes are real or not.

how long are the lashes...8 cm short for glasses?

I’m not sure I used them to put on a doll and I didn’t measure them I had to trim for the doll.
