I've only had these for about a month but so far they already seem like better quality than the plastic resistance bands I used to use. These seem sturdier and are comfortable to grip. They are very versatile and effective! So far I'm loving them!

I’m loving these bands. I’m still using the least resistance band because they’re so sturdy. You get a great workout like you’re using weights. They come in handy so I don’t need to go upstairs to my gym for weights. These bands are worth it!

I brought these after seeing them advertised on social media. I wanted a longer band because I am tall and the rubber bands are never long enough. I have had many of the rubber bands break after prolonged use. I feel that it was a good investment. You can only gain access to their videos by registering your purchase. I feel this is a way to get you to purchase more accessories. The videos library is pretty limited I think that this is because they want you to tailor your workout to your own needs. Folks starting out may want more instruction though.

You know the saying, kissing frogs to find your prince. This is equally true for exercise, strangely. Years ago I relied on calorie restriction and cardio to keep my weight down. Now after years I find myself too weak to lift more than 15 lbs and skinny fat. Strength training to the rescue. But what sort of training? Heavy weights, expensive machines? Taking my old lady body to the gym to be scrutinized? No thanks. I settled on resistance bands because they are light weight, compact and inexpensive. Now the problem arises of which bands. I had some old stretchy ones but needed something stronger and found the rubbery ones really annoying because of all the handle attachments and door threading and everything is just way too long for a 5 foot tall lady. Also the loop bands that I put around my legs just wanted to roll up and cut off circulation. So here the frog turns into a prince with Arena bands. They are strong, comfy against my body, and reliable. You know they aren't going to snap and pop you in the face. At this point I get a challenge with the lightest weight so there's plenty more in the package to work up to as I get stronger. Exercises you can do are plentiful and lots of exercises can be adapted to use with these bands. I have ordered the Booty Bands also because I already know they will fit around my legs without rolling up. Great purchase.

These resistance bands are great. Having a latex allergy, I cannot use many of the bands that are out there. However, these fabric ones are great. Also, after going through breast cancer surgery and recovery, and now taking a drug in the hope that the cancer will not metastasize, my muscles and joints ache all the time and traditional weights hurt too much to try and hold. However, these fabric resistance bands are so comfortable to work with and the workout guide book that comes with the set is great. I also bought the Arena Strength body bar, but during my surgery and recovery, I lost so much strength that I cannot use it yet. Maybe one day, I’ll be strong enough to work with it. In the meantime, thank you Arena Strength for coming up with these fabric resistance bands. 😊❤️

These arrived slightly delayed due to shipping issue but COVID is not blame at anyone. I was excited to receive them as I have the booty bands and wanted to add these to the workout regimen as well. They arrived in a nice case with a helpful guide. At first I thought there is no way these fabric bands are going to give me the workout like a gym. I was wrong. Oh so wrong. First day workout went smoothly and the guidebook helps with knowing how to do the exercises correctly. I assumed since I didn’t really feel it from using the grey band that morning that I would repeat the workout that afternoon using the pink band. Big mistake I felt it the next day and realized that the grey band and I are going to be friends for awhile and to trust the progress. A week later and my morning workout with the grey band is putting me through my paces and I won’t question it for now. I like that they are sturdy and easier to grab than the foam and plastic resistance bands. I feel more confident that these will last longer than other offerings and they work great combined with the booty bands. I am a fan and look forward to using them when traveling for work.

These 'Body bands' are fantastic!! I already have the Booty bands 🍑 which are brilliant quality and give a great work out, so I thought I'd try the body bands as well. I wasn't disappointed! The bands are very versatile and give a great all over body work out. The fabric bands are strong, holds it's shape and doesn't roll about when you are working out. They come in a zipped bag, so are easy to store 👍 The pack also comes with a booklet showing you how to use and exercises to try. I've swapped out my dumb/kettlebell, and do the same exercises with the bands instead. The bands are definitely softer on my hands compared to the weights and I can increase the weight/resistance by either using the stronger bands or by using a combination of bands. Plus I've used the booty bands at the same time. I definitely feel like I've had a good work out after using them. A great piece of kit 😁💪🍑

Love these. No comparison to those horrible rubber bands that snap and hurt!. These are so soft and well made. I find the 4 different resistant strengths just right. They come with a small book that gives instructions and illustrations for 8 upper body exercises, 4 core exercises, and 6 lower body exercises. All in all a good workout. I will eventually purchase the cards to increase my workouts. I wouldn't even bother to purchase a different brand. Spend the money and buy these. The quality is worth it.
