I bought these on the advice of a medical mentor for my hypercoagulation problem caused by having a biotoxin illness (MOLD) Hypercoagulation causes many issues, and one is shortness of breath. So these capsules are helping me to breath better. This is not what most people would buy them for. Most likely for inflammation but I needed help with breathing better while I'm trying to rid myself of mold. I need two bottle of these each month so I'm taking alot and don't want to be without them. Breathing is not overrated !

I take these based on the potential benefits indicated by a growing body of research. Given how difficult is is to detect certain kinds of benefits on one's own body, and given that I adjust my supplements whenever I see reason to, I will refrain from making claims about how they are affecting me.I would suggest comparing labels carefully. These capsules appear to be identical in all metrics to the higher priced SPM product. They are likely derived from the same manufactured substance derived from anchovy, sardine, and mackerel oils.
