So much better than MiraLAX
This is so much better and faster acting than MiraLAX, but it’s not too fast or crazy that would cause diarrhea The taste of these are very good not sure why everyone in the review section is worried about the taste. I’m here to get rid of constipation and it certainly did the job and helped out my bloating!

Works well, but the eye opening taste is unexpected at first. However, it's easy to get used to the taste after taking a few. Still a good, gentle, effective product.

Moves it out
As someone with no stomach i get constipated fast. I take 1 or 2 together depending on my bowels movements. This does the trick. I take them at night and in the morning I go with no issues. No pain just smooth moving out. Worth the money and they last me .
