Good stuff!! Good results so far for strength and size.

This stuff works. I take 10g of creatine, and also Ashwaghnda. Not sure if it’s the combo of all three, but since I started taking this 5 weeks ago my strength has gone up quite noticeably. I’ve been lifting for five years straight. I know when things feel different. I’ve been burning more fat also. I’ve had quite noticeable trap gains too which tells me this stuff is actually anabolic. There might be more in this stuff than they say, but I’m gonna finish this cycle and do another four weeks after that.

I read alot of these reviews of people saying that it was causing their workouts to be more intense. Getting bigger gains while taking it, the only problem is its not an anabolic steroid. You wont feel it in your workouts because its supposedly puts your body into a protein synthesis state…. Definition is the metabolic process that describes the incorporation of amino acids into bound skeletal muscle proteins So unless you can feel down to the level of your cells receiving protein, you have whats called a placebo effect. You think what you are taking is like a steroid since its called anabolic, but it isnt. I tried to return mine after i was doing more research on it while it was in transit. Not eligible for refund tho, so as with most things dont read reviews like I did thinking your going to get an edge in the gym. Some people are saying” they felt it” after 2 days, or their workouts were more intense. Not from this product, I have been taking it now for 10 days(which isnt a long time i admit), i have a workout app that I track all my workouts. I do a PPL split twice a week with one extra day just for arms, so it comes out to 7 days a week. I cycle deloading week once every 6 weeks. I have seen ZERO changes in my workout….and that would be because of it NOT improving workouts because thats not what it was designed for, just a misleading name which made people think their workouts were more intense and lead them to write a misleading review for their placebo effect they were feeling. Not their fault thats what they FELT, but according to my DATA from the logs (that go back a couple years) ….its not the case. Thats the difference between “it makes me FEEL like the workout is more intense” Vs this is what i logged as being able to to during my workout while using this product

I Love this product Thankyou Amazon, this stuff really works, I've put on muscle size and I'm stronger, heaps more Energy too, people giving this product 1 or2stars have no idea what they talking about if u Keen and committed it will work, u just can't take it for 1 or2days and expect miracles, it does work but that's taking it for at least 1 to2weeks and I swear u will Feel and see massive changes 😉
