I ordered these for my goats, they were weaving cones and thought poles would be a nice option. They do pretty well, only use about 4 of them at this time, but they are well made for what I need them to do.

Easy to use- transport- store.Think out of the box with these poles- design your own pattens instead of just using them in a straight line as weave polls.If there is a negative- I live in the Phoenix area where the ground is rock hard. The tips are solid but I have to water the spots before I can drive the poles in deep enough.

This is by no means a high quality shalom kit. You get what you pay for when you go cheap. It is easy to assemble but you have to grab it by the bottom to insert it into the ground or it will bend. It is pretty lightweight and easy to carry around in its bag. I did end up losing some of those clear stoppper things that came with each pole but I don't think they'll puncture through the bag as long as you aren't throwing the bag around. All in all, great beginner shalom kit.

The product is cheaply made and poorly designed. It's basically three parts: the metal ground spike, the slalom tube, and a plastic insert that connects the two. This insert is not strong enough plastic to resist movement of the metal spike thus allowing the spike to bend and come free. In addition, a meager bead of crappy glue was used to affix the connector to the tube. Either the tube will separate from the connector or the metal spike will bend in the connector making the tube fall to the side. You will go from 12 functional poles to 11 and then 10 and so on in a matter of days.

Much better to use these in the yard, vs setting up a bunch of plastic poles with plastic bases. Way better! Highly recommend!

These stick in the ground weave poles are not such good quality. They bend very easily when being stuck in the ground and a few even fell apart.

Pons keep coming lose and out. Very disappointed. I don’t expect best quality for the price, but these are junk.EDIT: So I just built my own - exceptionally easy to do with PVC, solid as a rock… and still at a fraction of a cost…

Needed a cheap set to practice ar home and this delivers! If your dog slams into them they may bend a bit from the base, but they are pretty solid!My only complaint is when pulling them out of the ground the stakes sometimes pop loose... but it's easy enough to push the pole back on. Otherwise it's perfect!
