Q: Is the inside coated with non-stick ?

The inside appears the same as the outside. It looks like anodized aluminum which does not stick like raw aluminum and is generally easy to wash inside. The outside will soot from an open fire or many heat sources. Propane would have the least soot of camp fuels I can think of. -FARMERIK

Q: can this be used to heat water on a griddle flat top? i use a Blackstone griddle.

I don't see why not. It's a very very small kettle...but if that's what you are looking for...it should work on a griddle flat top.

Q: Can this be placed directly on the camp fire?

The instructions say not to place it in open fire. Depending on how hot your fire is, it could melt the aluminum. Our grate wasn’t able to get hot enough so we put the kettle on rocks surrounded with coals to boil water and the handle and lid handle were fine.

Q: Will a small fuel can drop down inside?

Not with size I purchased.....it is small. I would suggest measuring fuel can and compare against kettle size.
