I had set two water timing per each zone and wondering how can I cancel the second timing ? (There is no "watering times per day" buttom)

You have probably figured this out by now but others may have the same question. Select the 2nd watering time for the zone and scroll the Start Time back to between midnight and 12:05 AM and you will hit the "OFF" setting. That disables the second watering. I had to call the 800 number to find this out.

If dial is turned to water a specific zone, will the timer resume its usual schedule the next day without one having to turn the dial back to auto/run

I don’t believe so. But if you don’t turn the dial but instead push the water now button, the system will water that zone and then be back on the programmed schedule

Does this unit have a 110 plug, or does it have a transformer for 24 volts?

None of the answers completely answered the either/or question. Please do not answer the question if you do not know the complete answer. My Champion timer, which just died, has a 110v plug and an interior 110/24v transformer. Is this what this model has and does it have battery backup? Some of our outages last several days in Northern California. My deceased Champion timer defalted to 10 minutes per station every day when the backup battery failed. Thanks.

When did Rain bird introduce sst900in model?

Not sure when it was introduced however installed mine a month ago and it's amazing. Easy to install and program. Nice to have room for all the stations. My last one did not have enough stations so the contractor wired on some of the stations 2 stations by wiring them together therefore each station was sharing the power allowing the valves to only open 1/2 way. They they are all hooked up to individual lugs in this amazing timer and before you know it green grass not brown anymore. Love this timer buy you'll be glad you did.

Easy to install. Simple to understand.

Swapped this out for a very old controller in my garage from 1991. No problems. Easy to hook up. Pretty easy to figure out how to program this one too since it's all buttons and a dial on the front. Some people like the newer style ones with a touch screen and an app that you can put on your phone but I did not care about all that.

Power supply in put is 110VAC 60Hz/ 24AC 60Hz. suitable for US distribution power .

When you buy this product to use in India, you should separately purchase 230VAC to 110V AC step-down adaptor (power supply unit) or a 24VAC Power supply unit which can directly connect to the controller . The Controller in put power is 24V AC . This Product comes with 110VAC 60Hz to 24V AC 60Hz stepdown adapter which will suit for US distribution . This controller having self battery back up feature, in case of power failure the settings / date will not change is an advantage from previous version . Easy to set and user friendly controller .
