Can i use this on a white puc leather chair?

For leather chairs, I used a leather dye. You could try the whitener on this as it might work out for you.

Does this take stains out of tongues cause nothing else will work

You didn’t list the origin of the stain. Mine had deep dirt into it. After cleaning, I applied the whitener cleaner which cover the damaged area. All was good at that point.
