I Highly Recommend the Bluestone sauna.
I've used my Bluestone Sauna almost every day since the power was hooked up a little over two weeks ago and I can say without reservation that I am very happy with the sauna.I would have rated the sauna 5 stars but I had to lower the rating by one star due to some minor deficiencies in the instructions and a few things that Almost Heaven didn't do that would have made building the sauna easier and more straight-forward.Let's start with the instructions. The instructions aren't bad, but they could definitely be improved. The instruction manual really need a parts list and exploded diagram so you can easily verify that the crate contained everything and be confident that you are working with the right parts as you assemble the sauna. All of the parts in the crate were labeled with the name of the part. But, in my sauna kit some of the parts were mislabeled. My kit's wall support rails were labeled as roof support rails. Now, it turns out that the wall support rails and the roof support rails are completely identical and interchangeable, but you wouldn't know that from the instructions. I've learned the hard way that I need to understand and follow instructions when assembling something, so I stopped working on the sauna the first evening and called Almost Heaven the next day to ask why I had two sets of roof support rails. The instructions tell you that you need a 1/8" drill bit to predrill some holes, but they don't tell you that a standard length drill bit isn't long enough to predrill the holes for the wall support rails. You really do need to pre-drill those holes, so I had to interrupt assembly again to go andbuy a 12" long bit. I wasn't at all certain that I'd be able to get a long drill bit in the small town that I live in, but one of the hardware stores had one labelled as an "aircraft bit". Given how much the sauna kit costs, Almost Heaven really should include a 6 inch long 1/8" drill bit.My father and I put the sauna together in about 7 hours in a small room only slightly larger than the sauna. A couple of times we had to stop and scratch our heads over what the instructions meant. We probably could have finished the sauna in four hours if the instructions had been a little better and the kit had included a 6 inch 1/8" drill bit.On positive side, Almost Heaven's customer service is outstanding. I called them three times with questions and they were always easy to reach, friendly, helpful, and prompt with the answer or to follow-up on things they said they'd do.Warning: you should wear gloves when you add the rocks to the heater. I cut and gouged myself in several places on the sharp edges of the sheet metal on the inside of the heater. Two final, minor points. First, the sauna included a Centigrade thermometer. I would have preferred a thermometer with a Fahrenheit scale. Second, the instructions didn't include any information about how to operate the LED interior light. I accidentally put the light into an annoying flashing mode and couldn't see how to get it out of that mode. When I asked Almost Heaven about it their first response was that the light was defective and they said they would ship me a replacement immediately. Fifteen minutes after that call ended, they called me back and told me that the LED light was a new component in their kit and they were in the process of writing instructions for it and the light does did have a flashing mode that is easy to turn off once you know how. They told me how to turn off the flashing mode and then, a few days later Almost Heaven emailed me a PDF of their new instructions for how to use the light. In conclusion, Almost Heaven has great customer service and the Bluestone sauna is a great product. I would gladly buy Almost Heaven's Bluestone sauna again and I recommend it highly if you are looking for a sauna kit.

This sauna kit is great. They recommend that you have 2 people to put it together. I did mine alone in just about 4 hours and had breaks in that time. Very good instructions and all the parts were labeled. If you do get one and put it up, I suggest that you put all the walls up before screwing them together, then take them down and follow instructions. This is to see how it fits and what if any spacing you should try to use. You will need a helper to do that. After it's finished , it's a great sauna.

Highly Recommend
Well made. We assembled it in about 7 hours. Will need a drill and impact screwdriver. Excellent customer service and friendly staff who are helpful. Make sure you check with local electrician where to place it as local codes may determine where you are able to install. Ours is in the basement on a cement floor. We got the duck flooring. The family absolutely loves it, a major improvement in quality of life over the winter months.

Wear a mask the whole time!!! Health risk included free of charge.
This is just a preliminary, post-assembly review, and its directed at the manufacturer/brand, not the reseller.Setup was fairly straight forward, and the instructions were well-written and simple to follow. However, Heavenly Saunas grossly understated the number of hours necessary to assemble the thing. It took 3 motivated people an entire evening, and two of us are now sick with sore throat/cough, as every piece/nook&cranny of the sauna came covered in some really ultra fine brown dust, which gets everywhere including your lungs, nose, eyes. For 3 days I felt very allergic even just going near it. Ended up wearing a mask to get in there with 3 different cleaning techniques to clean the damn thing after assembled. Finished it off with an air purifier left in full blast inside the sauna for a couple days, and I can now finally walk inside without my body throwing a fit.Why couldn't the factory at least use a damn leaf blower to clean off the parts before shoving them in a giant box? This was truly gross and aggravating to one's respiratory system, and I would be surprised if no one has filed a legal claim yet. Also, one of the benches came with a bible verse written underneath it in black ink. Thats cool and all if you're a religious person, but A: don't push your bible onto others, B: don't scribble/damage what will be someone else's property. The box, btw, could use some more technique with the packing. I'm surprised nothing broke during the shipping. Here is a suggestion: layer stuff in the right order, so that the stuff you need first is sitting towards the top of the heavy pile (The stuff I needed for the very first few steps were scattered around, which wasted time and helped make a bigger mess. All in all, 3 stars for the experience so far. I don't even know if it works yet as I wasted days cleaning it. Will hopefully watch it in action this weekend, and will update the review with my take on the value of this 3-person sauna.
