Excellent for flavoring kombucha
Wonderful flavoring. I am using this in a brewing process to make wintergreen Kombucha that is delicious. I had been using wintergreen leaves but found that the supply was inconsistent with the 'fragrance' that I like.

I expected.....
I expected this to taste like Wintergreen breath savers, it's doesn't. Has an earthy taste,not a "bite," like I expected. I bought it to flavor beer, have not used it for anything else.

Spot on, strong wintergreen flavor. Tastes just like munching on a freshly picked leaf, minus the alcohol bite. I bought it for making root beer and am glad that I did. The extract provided far more flavor than I could have gotten with using wintergreen leaves. I recommend it.
