Lee Oskar harps are the finest.
An amateurs player turning 80 this year,I can play most any tune on any harmonica. Oskar harps make playing more fun.

Durable. Economical.
Lee Oskar harps are my choice for a durable, economical harmonica. Plastic combs. Replaceable reeds. What’s not to love?

Exceptional!
The media could not be loaded. I love Lee Oskar natural minor harmonicas! This is what one sounds like. (This is a Bb minor - a little lower than a Cm)

Lee Oskar Minor Key Harp
Lee Oskar harmonicas are built excellently. Great tone, volume, and playability. However, the minor key harp is weird to play. I don't much care for it. I'd rather play a regular richter tuned diatonic in third position. I guess the chords it plays are pretty cool... they sort of have a haunting organ sound. But it's not very usable for me in blues and rock settings.

... prone to being inconsistent and while they are a good harp the reeds blow out easily on the top ...
I find Lee Oskar harps can be prone to being inconsistent and while they are a good harp the reeds blow out easily on the top end compared to Suzuki Manji.Fun to play in minor key :-)

It has a good sound, but
It has a good sound, but, nothing was mentioned about '2nd position' in the product description, position', so #9 blow, on mine, is the same note as #8 Draw on the Lee Oskar. I have been playing 5 weeks and I don't need to learn a new sequence of scales.
