DariceLT505-1 Clear 50-Mini Globe Light Set with Green Cord

Everyone is doing LED these days, and none with little round globes. Took pages and pages of search, and finally found these. They are exactly what I wanted -- old-fashioned Christmas light-type strings with little round bulbs -- and they work as advertised. They ARE fragile, but they're glass, so that's to be expected.In the past for string lights, I would just tug one end and pull the entire strand out of the plastic casing. Based on the review that said they were fragile, I plugged them in, carefully removed each socket from the plastic packaging that separates each bulb for shipping, and then strung them while lit. For two strands, they stayed lit. There was one burnt out bulb, and I replaced it with the provided spare (the same as old-fashioned Christmas lights). Removing the dead bulb made the strand go out; but leaving the dead bulb didn't affect the strand.They aren't the best quality lights ever, but then they aren't the highest priced lights ever either, are they? I am very happy with my purchase!

I originally ordered 3 sets of these lights to make signs for my sons bday. The lights were the perfect size for what I needed. After assembling the “movie” sign it noticed a strand wasn’t working. I tried tightening bulbs and checked fuses with no luck. I ordered a 4th strand. I plugged it in while still packaged and it worked. I unpacked it and assembled my sign again and it didn’t work. My husband was able to get it working again but by the time we plugged it in at the party it had gone back out! These are very reasonably priced, but apparently very fragile. I suggest leaving them plugged in as you unpackage them so you know where the problem is when/if they go out. Also be VERY careful getting them off the plastic tray.

I have many teeny bulb lights by Darice and love them. In my opinion, these are terrible because they have a triple wire, and each of the three wires are thick and not twisted very well so it appears even thicker. Would not recommend.

They are so bright and durable. They stay where you attach them a long time after you put the clips on. Easy to enstall. Many colors.

I use these bulbs as a back light behind furniture to create a low light ambiance, and they're perfect.

DISAPPOINTED after waiting to receive them..............DID NOT LIGHT UP !!!!!
