90 Degree 4 Inch Right Angle Padlock Hasp, Stainless Steel Safety Door Latches, Solid Gate Latches,Polished Finish 2 Pack

I got this 2-pack of keyed hasp locks mainly for some small doors and cabinets I wanted to keep secure, and honestly I didn’t expect much for the price — but I’m impressed. The locks actually feel solid and durable. The stainless steel has a nice weight to it, and it’s not thin or flimsy like some of the cheaper ones I’ve seen. You can tell it’s not going to bend or break easily. Installation was super simple. I’m not great with tools, but all the screws and parts were included, and everything lined up perfectly. It took me maybe 10–15 minutes to put both locks on. The twist knob works smoothly and clicks in place firmly, and the key fits in without any struggle. Both locks came keyed alike, which is super convenient — I don’t have to keep track of different keys for each one. I used one for a cabinet in the basement and the other for a small outdoor storage box. Even though it says stainless steel, I still worried it might rust, but so far (after some rain and humidity), it’s holding up perfectly. No rust, no stiffness, and it still looks shiny and clean. One small thing I noticed — the black finish does get a tiny bit of fingerprints or smudges, but it’s easy to wipe clean. Honestly, that’s just me being picky because functionally, it’s great. It closes tightly, feels safe, and gives a good sense of security for smaller doors or containers. If you’re looking for something strong, easy to use, and that actually locks well without costing too much, this is definitely a good buy. I’d recommend it for toolboxes, gates, small sheds, cabinets — pretty much anything that needs to stay closed and protected. Definitely a solid product and I’d buy it again if I ever need more.

Good quality, but the keys should not have 999 or 666 on it. I went to a locksmith store and had the keys remade, other than that excellent lock.

works great easy to install

Good price and product

The hardware appears compact and sleek, so it doesn't look out of place on our tiny medicine cabinet. Even with using the short screws it came with, it feels pretty sturdy and doesn't shift or budge when the screws are fully drilled in and it's locked. The keys slide in and out of the locks easily and the latch can be opened with the key still in the keyhole. It functions as it should without much issue, the locks themselves are pretty heavy though despite being so small so it wouldn't work well on small lightweight items. Our only complaint: if the two pieces of hardware (latch and lock) are installed even slightly lopsided to one another it'll take a bit of fidgeting to lock and unlock. Still very much usable, just takes a few extra seconds. The screws also have a tendency to twist the hardware a bit towards the end, but that may be user error! We found a tiny bit of mounting putty on the back of each piece helps keep everything level and in place while adding the screws, and as long as only a tiny bit is used it doesn't stop the hardware from going flush against whatever it's being attached too.

As a mom of 2 kids who are autistic and theyre both runners-wanderers and the oldest is non-verbal and very sneaky and very smart he figured out every single child safety lock we've bought and every single other non locking mechanism we bought so living right next to a highway, i had to do a more drastic approach and buy these for almost every single window and door in our home. Alot of ppl are judgy cuz they dont understand or dont have a child with special needs but when your 14 yr old non-verbal autistic son almost gets hit by a truck going 50+mph, theres no way he'd survive that impact so safety first!!! And these were a life saver cuz they keep him from opening the front door and the back door and sneaking out cuz he needs the key to unlock it and only mom and dad hold onto that key!!!!

Poor quality. Hasp has very sharp burrs. Had to file the hasp prior to use to avoid cutting myself.

Works as they should. No complaints
