Solid workout tool with adjustable resistance
I bought this to add something different to my home workouts for arms, chest, and shoulders, and it has been a great addition. The hydraulic resistance gives smooth tension instead of the jerky feel some spring equipment can have. What I like most is the adjustable resistance. Being able to change the tension makes it useful whether youโre just starting out or want more of a challenge as you get stronger. It also lets different people in the house use it comfortably. The handles feel secure and comfortable to grip, and the overall build feels sturdy. It doesnโt feel flimsy or cheap. Compact size is another plus since it stores easily and doesnโt take up much room. I mainly use it for quick upper body sessions, and you can definitely feel it working the chest, shoulders, arms, and grip depending on how you use it. Nice option when you want to squeeze in a workout at home without a lot of equipment. Overall impression: Well made, adjustable, and effective piece of home fitness equipment for upper body training. Great for anyone wanting convenient strength workouts without needing a full gym setup.

Upper Body Compact Work Out Equipment
I purchased this product to take care, strengthened and tone up my upper half of my body: Arms, pectorals, and back. It has several tension options, a compact manual, and is a size and design easy to put away and store. Good quality and good price for a product that will help to improve my overall body image.

It works... It actually works.
A bit loose but I will tighten the bolts. I've been using it daily I can say if i keep it up, my chest will shrink and my arms and shoulders are burning like hell. I can do level 20 but the trick is 20 reps. A nice 3-4 mile walk and boom your fit and losing weight and adding a bit of muscle. It squeaks a bit but nothing loud even to register as noise. It may come loose over time but nothing a small wrench can't fix. I haven't had it long enough to warrant it will last years, but so far its holding up even if it loses some resistance still works. Easy to take with you, the pressure is real 20 reps at level 12 - 14 and your cooked. I'm looking to see just how effective this small gizmo is so far its good. Design is good hard to hurt yourself outside maybe it falling on your foot or overkill on your muscles. Will buy a variant or another if this one breaks to cheap to pass up.

Amazing for Joint Health and Strength!
After a doctor recommended gentle exercise for my slight arthritis and elbow bone spurs, I decided to try the EAST MOUNT Twister Arm Exerciserโand Iโm so glad I did! This adjustable hydraulic strengthener lets you work out slowly and safely, keeping blood flowing through the muscles and ligaments while aiding healing. I wasnโt sure Iโd notice much, but wowโthe difference in my elbows is incredible. At 64, I feel more strength and mobility than I expected. Itโs perfect for anyone wanting a subtle but effective way to maintain joint health and build arm strength. Highly recommend to all older adults or anyone looking for safe, adjustable resistance training!

Well built and lots of flexability with resistance (weight)
Seems very solid, very well constructed. Came with a book which shows a small assortment of excercises you can do with the device as well as some tips on using it. Wish there was more in that regard, but glad there is something. Beautiful piece of equipment with a huge range of resistance options. I purchased the red one and it looks "sharp" in my opinion. Using it you can definately feel the solidness of it and i definately feel like im getting a very worthwhile workout with this equipment. The device also came with an attatchable locking piece to keep it closed when not in use which i found nice, even though the locking piece(s) is only plastic it works well and as intended. And bonus, they actually gave 3 of these with the equipment so should one happen to get broken i have 2 more! All in all im very happy with this piece of equipment so far. Good purchase in my opinion.

Great customer support
Updated!! Worked with the supplier and they gave me a new one even though it was beyond the allotted time frame. Great customer service!! Worked fine but had to continuously tighten it. And now it fell completely apart. Came on here to see if I could get it refunded or replacement and cannot. Got it in February and now itโs the end of May. So only three monthโs usage.

I think there's a reason why you don't see this type of ergonomics in the gym
I bought this for a light-weight way to do some upper-body resistance maintenance while traveling. This packs nicely into a bag, that was my intended use. I started keeping it next to my computer desk for the same reason and using it while thinking or while waiting for computer things to happen. This turned out to be a mistake (for me). I'm a relatively "fit" guy you might say (I use 40lb free-weights regularly and I run several times a week - I'm not 'johnny-workout' but I'm also not entirely inexperienced) so I was not expecting to have a problem with this device. It isolates and works the muscles you expect it to but the unintended consequence is that it absolutely murders the tendons in your wrists and elbows. Tendons. Not the big guys you work out regularly, the little guys that connect the bones to everything else. And it creeps up on you, days or weeks later. There's a reason, I think, that the chest machine at the gym does not involve your wrists & elbows. It's entirely possible that I'm "doing it wrong" and I'm willing to concede that if someone else has found an effective way to make this a part of their daily routine I'm not going to tell them that they're lying, but the way that the device is ergonomically designed led me to operate it in a fashion that felt damaging to the connective tissues that you're really not supposed to strain that way. I hold heavy stuff at weird angles sometimes for hours at work so I don't think that I'm one of those guys who isolates a few cosmetic muscle groups and neglects normal mammalian balanced "connector" muscles in favor or some kind of aesthetic (I don't look or want to look a guy who works out solely for the aesthetic) so I don't think I'm having problems with this device because I'm 'unbalanced' in that way. I don't really "work out" like your average gym-rat now that I think about it, I get much of my 'workout' done on-the-job. Either way, I figure that I probably have enough experience to identify a "good hurt" vs. a "bad hurt". Good Hurt: Sore, exhausted, but energetic (and give it a little time and it'll want more). Bad Hurt: Shooting pains, tender, wants to stay at rest; all movement feels bad. Maybe it's just user-error, but this thing generated a lot of those bad hurts and I just ended up quitting it. I still think the build-quality is solid (although I had to loc-tite the nuts myself - not that big of a pain) but I'd use with caution: I think it's easy to damage yourself with this device, regardless of prior muscle-tone and experience.

Good resistance
So far so good. This little machine has a good amount of resistance I am enjoying the exercises it targets the upper body well. I find that sometimes the screws and nuts get a little loose so you must remember to tighten them. Im glad i brought this.

The best burn ive ever felt in my chest
Just done a quick session with this as its literally just arrived. Its brilliant as a gym goer for the last 10 years on and off this has made me feel a burn in my chest that not even bench pressing 120kg plus has given me. This is a quality buy for 35 pound. Dont waste time if your thinking about it just buy it its great. The only thing i cant comment on is the longevity of the item as i have only just received it but if this lasts a long while its would be one of the best gym related buys i have ever bought.
